I purchase my first vehicle from CBB in October of 2016 (E-350). My initial experience was adequate and easy - I was happy with my purchase. I was quickly disappointed after the purchase with due to the follow up & communication I received from salesperson who sold me the car. I had paid for the "advantage" package that included some initial services that were never completed. After I made many attempts to schedule, it was never accomplished. Every-time I spoke to the salesperson I purchased from I was told "Yeah I'll schedule it now", or "I'll give you a call right back???. None of which ever stayed true. After a couple months, I gave up. Because of this, I did not intend to return to CBB. 7 months later It came time to look for a new vehicle for my wife. CBB of course appeared to have the best selection of the type of vehicle we were looking for, Upon giving it thought I realized my interaction with one person didn???t represent the dealership entirely and I should look at what they had available. I am glad I came to that conclusion! My wife and I showed up to the dealership 1 hour before closing on a Saturday night, with zero intentions to buy a vehicle that evening. I was introduced to TY - who was personable, knowledgeable, asked the right questions, and provided good insight along with a strong recommendation. His recommendation was the SUV we were looking for. With a ???no-pressure??? demeanor, he asked for the sale, and we agreed. Without me asking, He assured me he would get the service(s) I paid for on my previous purchase taken care of, then followed up with scheduling options the next day. Ultimately, instead of having the services done, we conversed on trading my car significantly better vehicle (CL-550) . Ty worked tireless to get the deal in place, assisted with my financing demands, showed patience throughout the process and handled the a second sale end-to-end just two weeks after the first. I own a Real Estate Brokerage and personally gross over 75M in Real Estate sales yearly ??? I recognize exceptional service when it???s provided and Ty is a professional who has exceptional knowledge, listens to his customers, handles & addresses concerns, and when it???s fitting ??? finds the solution to get the deal done. I will recommend TY and CBB to anyone looking for a new vehicle going forward. THANKS!
