I live in Texas and had been shopping around for a vehicle since October 2015. I was shopping online and locally, and ran across a BMW online at Autotrader.com, located in Daytona, FL. Gabriel (salesman) called me on a Sunday, which was odd, but totally a welcomed call. Since I've been burned online before, I was scared and leery at the beginning, however, Gabriel was/is THE most non-pushy, very pleasant, caring salesman, educated BMW salesperson to deal with. He was involved with the transaction from start to end. Even on his scheduled off days, he would still stay in contact with me. He gave me great care, professional assistance and wonderful customer experience. Tuesday, December 6, 2016, the day finally came, I received my new BMW. It's everything and more!
