From the moment I walked into the dealership, I was met with friendly service, which made me feel at ease. I spoke to Cody, Roger and Scott during my process and never felt pressured. They were focused on me as a potential customer and answered all my questions. I have been looking at used Mercedes Benz for months but never felt welcomed by salesman at other dealerships. I've owned all the German "luxury" brands and this is my 7th BMW. This car does everything I need or could want it to do. The reason I didn't give 5 stars across the board is because other BMW models or trims would have checked those boxes and I either opted or could not afford more luxury or performance. Big BMW fan.
I went to 3 different dealerships prior to queens Auto Mall (major world being one of them, which was a HORRIBLE experience). Upon arrival, I met with Ray and explained to him the type of vehicle I was looking for and the amount I was able to spend. He exceeded my expectations and provided me with amazing customer service, stayed within my budget and was able to give me the perfect vehicle.

This car is perfect despite that it doesn’t come in a manual transmissiion. BMW didn’t miss any details on this car- perfection
The vehicle is responsive and sleek. The turning radius is exceptional. The car in both comfort and sport mode is tight. The electronics could be better as the stereo is marginal. The seats are comfortable and st '1 I am comfortable
Jersey Car Direct is an amazing dealership. Nick the owner/operator takes care of you as if you are his own family. Couldn’t have gotten a better deal on my Mercedes CLA 250. For the money a great mid-sized sports car with plenty of horses and torque. Coupe style is really cool. Huge trunk space for a mid-sized sports car!

My first BMW and WOW- it is such a great car!!
The smooth performance and handling are amazing.
The wonderful IDrive gives you access to all of the cars features and equipment with voice recognition, programmable settings and so much more.
The inline 4 cylinder engine with turbo charger gives you all the power you could need without draining your gas tank. Gas mileage has been fabulous and the sharp sporty look is an instant head turner.
This is the "ultimate driving machine".

The BMW four series is incredibly rewarding in terms of performance and reliability.
It is, however, short on comfort and storage space. I would recommend it without
hesitation to anyone who likes maneuverability at all speeds and who travels light.
I've been hearing alot of good things about this place from my friend so I decided to check it out for myself. The customer service here is great, the people were very nice & worked with me well. my credit score isn't the best but I walked out of this dealer with my 2010 Audi Q7 the same day I went in !!!
All went well with Brian in sales. I previewed the car over the internet on Cars, got a deal sheet by email and drove from Maryland to New York here alll went well Until the business manager was so busy that I waited for an hour + to sign papers. Brian was great but the process took too long. Of course it was Black Friday. The 240 I X Drive is great. Larry

My husband told me about Carvana from a commercial ad he heard/saw. I laughed about it and said 'yah right, there's gotta be a hitch somewhere'. A few weeks later, he brought up Carvana again....curious, I decided to check it out online. The key words there was 'check it out'. I ended up buying a vehicle a couple hours later. Yeup, it was just like that. No hassle, no hidden costs or agendas. So after reviewing everything on the site, I started looking at minivans....I started falling in love with minivans....I started buying minivans....all through carvana. Once I locked in the one I wanted, I went through the credit process, documentation process, and pick up date (I chose pick up - because at this point, I still felt a little 'leary' about the whole deal'. It was so simple, and so honest, and so real. Over the course of the next 24 hours, all my submitted documents were approved and we just had two days to go to pick up the new mininvan. When we got to the store, it's not like a dealership with a lot, but it had three beautiful, well lit, very clean, showroom like bays that your vehicle is sitting in for your to do a complete inspection of it. It was very classy. Please note, our particular location does not have the car vending machine just yet. After passing our over check, I hopped in the car and drove it 65 miles home. She ran like a charm and I knew I had 7 days to decide if I wanted to keep her not. At day 3, although I loved her, she didn't have all the bells and whistles I truly wanted so that evening, I was back on the Carvana site, shopping for a replacement minivan....it's so easy to do when it gives you results based on your financial settings....I found the new 'her' a few hours later. I ordered her up and made the quick call explaining I was swapping and chose to have the vehicle delivered instead of going there to save time. The whole swap process took 2 days...they pulled up right to my house with my next new minivan. In my eyes, she was perfect, but I found a flaw before she was even off the truck. There was a huge bolt in the back tire. I was so disappointed. But Carvana took care of that so amazingly over the top.....they still brought her off the truck so I can check out the interior, test drive it, etc. We found a few more things that we felt should be fixed...minor things. Carvana took note of the items, and took the vehicle back on the truck but promised me (because I really wanted her that day) they would bring her back with a new tire....they kept their promise, three hours later she was back with a brand new tire, not one, but TWO brand new back tires. And they put an extra Carvana cup in the car for me. They swapped the minivans and off the old one went and there I sat with the new one. Smile ear to ear. I worked with Carvana on 6 items that we believed needed repair before committing to keep the vehicle. Carvana went above and beyond. I got an estimate for the repairs at a local shop, Carvana approved it, and within a few weeks, all repairs were completed through Carvana and I have the perfect vehicle, no hassle, no hidden agendas. And every person I dealt with on the phone or in person were ABSOLUTELY AMAZING, FRIENDLY, HELPFUL, AND JUST THE BEST!! My Carvana experience was the absolute best. I will never go back to buying a car the old 'car dealership' way. And ironically, we had bought our other vehicle from a dealership just 3 months before being introduced to Carvana. I will give one warning about buying a vehicle through Carvana this way....it can be addicting..lol :-) Yes, I still shop Carvana cars every now and then....I don't even need a car, I just love seeing what Carvana has because it was sooo simple :-) Thank you Carvana for a trememdously wonderful experience.

ive Always liked the 14-16 e class body but still in love w my 09 e63. I went to look and to my surprise I found the color combo I was looking for. Keep in mind that I was maybe 3-6 months away from being ready to make such a move. Well Charles gaskin treated me like someone of value ( like a Saudi prince ) I couldn???t even give him my typical rough treatment. ( I???m usually really bad w sales men ) he answered all my questions w no xxxxxxxxx, and exceeded my expectations. The deal took a bit long ( banks fault) so he treated me to a dinner and even had soft drinks available. You???d swear I was spending over 150,000 at a German dealership but no. Not even a third of that. If you don???t stop to stare at your car when you park it you bought the wrong car, if you leave the dealership feeling unhappy or you just wish you could kick the sob down some stairs than you definitely delt with the wrong salesman. Charles is a gentleman and a pleasure to do business with. Think I may have just made a new friend. Btw the car is incredible too.
