Since service related to standard issues including oil-fluid and engine belt changes, can't really comment on the quality of repairs but feel more confident car had necessary work and all done well. I can however express extreme gratitude for the overall service experience! From the greetings by various employees upon arrival including random employees passing by, front desk staff, the gentleman who set me up in the loaner to the personal attentive service from Peter, the Service Advisor, it was excellent! The BMW team was relaxed, efficient, professional and kind. They accommodated my condensed time crunch getting me in/out and off in a loaner car in impressive time, and all with a smile. Peter kept me informed of proposed services, helped separate out more pressing issues and made extra efforts to complete service in time to accommodate my work schedule while avoiding traffic. He also greeted me with a handshake on pick up to review the repairs/services and address questions. And had my car cleaned! I have continued to use BMW of Darien due to the consistently positive experience for past 5 years with recommendations to others. You are a very busy dealership - convenience was the initial reason for selecting you but you won me over with the excellent customer service. Car servicing is not usually pleasurable when you are paying the bill but having a positive experience definitely helps. Kudos to your team!
