TOP NOTCH SERVICE DEPARTMENT

I recently purchased a used BMW 2014 428xi in another state and heard great reviews on this dealerships service department from a friend. This place not only lived up to the hype it also shows in the customers that get the cars serviced here. First off, my service advisor Keon Tobin noticed that I was standing in line and made sure I was being help. I told him that I needed a Maryland Inspection and my horn periodically works. He immediately got to work on it and put me in a loaner which came to a surprise to me because I also have an Infiniti QX60 and their service department are usually anal about giving loaners out. Not only did Catonsville BMW give me a choice as to what loaner I wanted which I didn't mind at all, they put me in a new 2017 X3 with only 14miles and told me that they value and prioritize their customers. I believe that all dealership GM's should take notice because customer service from lot attendants all the way from the service department, show room and managers makes a difference and people know when its fake! Back to my inspection the mechanics found brake issues with the vehicle which I had no idea existed and when Keon told me this I instantly got my "How much is this going to cost me face" However, Keon went the extra mile and told me not to worry he was able to get the repairs done under the factory warranty and ensured me that we will get the car passed with flying colors for the inspection which it did. I cannot express how much quality customer service plays a major role especially in todays world. You are greeted with employees here that smile at you and ask if you need anything. Also customers here love this place. They don't have the usual disturb looked like how much longer do I have to be here or my car isn't done right face. Its great!
