The best car buying experience ever. I ordered a white 2019 X3 and when it was already 3 weeks into production I decided I wanted to change the color to black. The dealership said no problem as we will put it in the showroom and we will sell it anyway. Next my car came in with the right color but incorrect trim. Again they stood behind their mistake and said no problem. They ordered me in a fresh vehicle and I received it within 3 weeks. My old car had depreciated in the process however both Mark K. my salesman and Nick D. the sales manager stood behind their word and worked everything out, gave me the same trade-in value and made sure they stood by the numbers originally quoted! They made the whole buying process extremely easy and their BMW genius Safe is amazing as well and spent a lot of time with me going over the vehicle. I am in love with my new car and will be purchasing many more BMW's in my future and I will never look elsewhere! You will leave this dealership knowing that you made the right choice as they are honest, trustworthy and have integrity! Thanks again to everyone at mainline BMW!

This is my second vehicle purchased from Vroom in the last 12 months, and I can't imagine ever buying a used car from a brick-and-mortar dealership again. Vroom offers a terrific selection of late model used vehicles. The pictures really make it easy to know what the car looks like. I purchased a 2015 BMW 5-series, and the Vroom price compared to a similar make/model/mileage vehicle from CarMax was $3,000+ cheaper. I selected my vehicle over a few weeks of looking at photos. I filled out a credit application online, and they immediately called me to finalize the app, discuss rates and payments, and to get my $500 deposit. I received a loan package via FedEx 2 days later, signed all the paperwork, and sent it back in the pre-paid FedEx envelope they provided. About 3 days later, I started getting emails to schedule delivery. The process only took 9 business days from the moment I made the deposit to the moment I got my vehicle. Great car, bought it two weeks ago.
So far so good .
Trunk relatively, back seat small but I drive by my self most of the time .
Drove all the way from Maryland for the diesel 3 series. This is a rare vehicle to find with below average miles and auto Expo was the only one to have it with the options and color I wanted Max (sales) helped me to quickly get the sale done right before they were closing, including printing insurance cards from my company. I was glad about that and everyone was friendly, Cassidy was friendly and helped check that the vehicle was in stock and followed up to see if everything was OK. She can be hard to get a hold of though. Eric helped with the loan paperwork and was friendly and we talked about the future trends of oil prices and rare earth metals. Just make sure you arrive early because they close by 5 pm on Friday afternoon and you need to plan on about 1.5 hours for everything at least. They were good to work with to help me by fedexing a copy of the paperwork and an updated New York temporary transit permit, the bill of sale and a copy of the loan/finance paperwork. They we're even able to help me with a lower interest rate than I was originally quoted!! I'm thankful to get the deal done and not have to drive back from Maryland to New York so we are completing the paperwork remotely. This is the best drive train I have ever owned. The transmission is always in the right gear and the horsepower is impressive. I look forward to every opportunity to drive it.
I showed up to my appointment early, and was treated right away, I was helped immediately and went into the customer lounge where the news was on and it smelled of fresh coffee. It was quiet and every employee that passed me smiled and said good morning. After sitting around for 20 or so minutes, I was politely asked if I needed a ride home by the Chrysler shuttle driver, shortly after I was offered a fresh donut by another employee. Over all, it was a great experience for a Saturday service.

We had been looking for a used 2018 Audi Q5 for some time and had run into too many poorly run dealerships that simply did not listen to what we wanted in our area. Once we expanded our search, we found Marcos Morales at Walter's Audi in Riverside who went SO FAR BEYOND what any salesperson has done in the past. He was AMAZING start to finish and truly understands that this is a SERVICE oriented business and you have to LISTEN to what the customer wants, not TELL them. He did a personalized video of the vehicle we were interested in. He answered EVERY question we had in a quick and courteous fashion. He was professional and LISTENED (note to other dealerships we did NOT buy from: YOU listen to US, not the other way around!) to our needs, and we drove over 350 miles to get this car, bypassing a lot of dealerships along the way! Just a great experience buying a car from Walter's Audi and Marcos Morales.
Zach and Jarod are the dream team! They were very kind and professional through the whole process of helping me purchase a new 2019 X5. Zach took my order for the X5 two months before it was released and it arrived 30 days before expected. I was so excited! Zach handled a lot of the paper work be I arrived at the dealership and what was left was speaking with Jarod in finance. Jarod was also extremely helpful in explaining all my options but allowed me to choose what was best. Best sales and finance experience of all time. I???ve been driving a BMW since 2005. Owned one, and leased three from other dealerships and didn???t have a good experience each time. This was my first visit to Century BMW West and I met Zach. This will be the beginning of a long term relationship with Zach, Jarod, and Century BMW. Thank you dream team, you guys are the best!!!
Seriously, great service, I pulled up, dropped the car, and was out the door in less then 15 minutes. This is typical customer service here, I have never had any issues. I've owned a Mercedes years ago, and when I took it in for Service st another dealership, it was never pleasant, and took so long. Again, great service, Danny took great care of me and my car, having it brought in in a timely manner and the repairs completed right on time. I appreciate this so much,
