We stopped in to BMW of Ann Arbor to get our car from the Service Department. Looking to get out of this car we were told that Mo Beidoun would be a great person to work with. Unfortunately this day was Mo's day off. A call was placed to Mo by the Service Department and within an hour Mo was there on his DAY OFF to meet with us. Mo is a great asset to BMW of Ann Arbor and expresses a genuine car and concern for the customer. He made us feel comfortable and not pressured in any way. I would definitely work with Mo if you get the chance. Not to say the other Sales Persons aren't good, but Mo is just this exceptional. Thank you Mo for being you and being Great! Part II of my review Service - Dusty Harrison When you purchase/lease your new/used/CPO BMW from BMW of Ann Arbor you MUST take it here and have your Service Manager be Dusty Harrison. I've been taking my BMW to Dusty for 5 years and he is always ABOVE and BEYOND any expectations I've had. He has taken care of me and my wife on NUMEROUS times and to us, he walks on water. Dusty is a true professional who cares about his customers and strives to make them happy. The combination of Mo bringing in customers and Dusty keeping them coming back is a recipe for success. Dusty is literally the only reason we kept coming back. Again, not taking anything away from the other Service Managers, but Dusty is a 12 on a 10 point scale. If you don't believe me, give it a try. He won't disappoint you nor will the friendly staff (Carol Leisure and Poppi). Attention Mr. Wade - Your biggest asset is Mr. Dusty Harrison, please take care of him.

This is my second 5 series. I love it just as much as my last one. They have made many improvements to the navigation and other onboard technology.
I experienced and appreciated knowledgeable, courteous, and efficient service from all the employees at Klick-Lewis during my service visit. I also greatly appreciated the patience, knowledge, effort, respect, and understanding shown to me by owner Rick Risser and salesman Greg Lewis on the day that I purchased my 2016 Chevy Malibu this past February. I HATE car dealerships! With that being said we had the most amazing buying experience with this dealership! When we first entered the dealership we were quickly greeted by an employee named Kervin (sp?). He was a very nice young man who was new to the auto industry and was polite and professional. After a test drive they quickly appraised our vehicle to see where we were on the numbers. Shortly thereafter we were handed off to Shaun Wilhelmi who spent an entire week helping me sort through multiple vehicles in multiple locations along with coordinating multiple test drives. When I say this man has the patience of a saint I'm not kidding! I am a very high strung, high maintenance buyer and he never once appeared annoyed or frustrated at my constant text messages and phone calls. He even went so far as having a conference call with my husband and myself at 10 pm one night because my husbands work schedule is so hectic! Again he had nothing but a smile in his voice and never once appeared annoyed. He told us multiple times throughout the week that if it takes us a month to find a car that's fine with him because he wanted us to come back and buy from him again! Zero sales pressure! After going back and forth for a week we decided on a 2016 Lexus GX460 with only 2000 miles on it! It came time for financing and there was a bit of confusion regarding our trade in and financing options changed at the 9th hour. I knew the deal was over because it was a very complicated credit matter. I was shocked when after waiting 45 minutes Shaun Wilhelmi came out and said "we got the deal"! Pleasantly surprised the interest rate was 2 points LOWER than initially quoted thanks to the magic powers of the rockstar finance guy Shawn Phillips! Shawn P was also great comedic relief during an otherwise stressful time signing loan papers!!! Last but not lease Danny (sales manager) was very involved in the entire transaction and did everything he could to win our business including a "we owe" for a trailer hitch install on the new SUV. I can't say thank you enough to this fine group of folks. We have spent years working with a dealership down the road but I can tell you from here on out we will only deal with ALM for future purchases and we will tell all of our friends, colleagues and family to do the same! I would totally vote Shaun W. employee of the year!

I had not driven in 27 years because I lived in a city, so getting back to driving was a challenge, but Jim Digh made it easy and comfortable. He too almost the whole day with me, explaining all the new modifications and we test drove several cars before we found one that fit me. Then I returned it for a different make and model and he couldn't have been kinder. Maybe it's because I'm newly returned to the South, but he made what was an extremely anxious procedure for me, completely painless. And he was great fun to talk with.
I wasn't sure how things were going to go walking into ALM South but I was optimistic. This location has a huge selection and I was pleased with the choices. I worked with Berthel and he did a great job making me feel at ease. The process took the shortest amount of time ever. Working with Sabrine in Finance was such a pleasure. Jawon was awesome.

On Sunday, 13 Aug. 2017, I went on line and was looking for a new Nissan Rouge or a Toyota RAV-4. I spelled out that I wanted the best drive-out price and to notify me by email. About 12 dealers responded but half tried to call on the phone. I hate sales people on the phone. On Monday, 14 Aug, I received a email from Toyota of Newnan and the sales person, Julie, had included all the information I was seeking and had listed a great price for the RAV4. I immediately called Julie and we discussed the car I had in mind, color, etc. On Tuesday morning, 15 Aug, when I turned on my computer I had a email from Julie with everything that we had discussed the day before. I made an appointment with Julie for 1200 the same day, Tuesday. Upon my arrival at Toyota I was greeted by a friendly sales person who accompanied me inside this great dealership and to meet Julie. After meeting Julie, she had the car key in her hand and the car we had discussed had been parked right outside the door of the dealership. Julie showed me the features of the Rav4 and how great the car looked. After a few minutes we went back inside the dealership and started filling out the paperwork. I was so impressed by Julie and the RAV4 that I did not take it for a test drive. Julie is a joy to do business. She has great customer service skills and it not pushy at all. I left the dealership at 1400 (2.00) as it only took me 2 hours to complete my purchase. During the time I was in the dealership I was offered several bottles of cold water and all the people were friendly. I can not say enough about my dealings with Julie and Toyota of Newnan. I would recommend anyone looking for a new Toyota to visit Toyota of Newnan and ask for Julie. She is a GREAT person.

This is my second vehicle purchased from Vroom in the last 12 months, and I can't imagine ever buying a used car from a brick-and-mortar dealership again.
