I need to first tell you that I live in White Plains, NY in Westchester County. 135 miles away from the Flemington BMW Dealership There are three major BMW Dealers within 10 miles of my house in three different directions. I did contact them for comparison ( even though I knew I would work with Agata). I was told by all three dealerships,..call us in December. Seriously December! Well, how did I get to Agata in Flemington BMW? I was originally referred to Agata by my brother-in-law. He raved about her and I am so happy I trusted his judgment. Since meeting Agata, I will tell you that buying a car has been by far the greatest experience ever. My current lease was not due to expire for 5 more months, but somehow, someway, Agata went to the hill and back to make sure I got a new car now... not when my lease expired like the other dealerships wanted me to. Agata worked so hard and got me what I wanted! Not only is the car new and gorgeous, it is loaded to the gills along with the M package! The kicker is that my payment is HALF of what I was paying...HALF folks HALF! Tell me...what other BMW Salesperson can do that?! Agata should be on the poster for the BMW brand!! She has made me a lifetime customer and is an ASSET to the Flemington BMW Sales Team. I also worked with Jan in finance. BMW doesn't know what a jewel they have in that office. Jan explained everything to me in complete detail to make sure I didn't have any additional questions. In addition, he helped me with tire/wheel and lease return insurance! Jan is a true professional. I arrived at 245pm, turned in my lease, test drove the new car, signed all my papers, Agata went over all the features in my car and I was on the road at 400pm!! I do not normally post reviews but I had to for this dealership. I have been searching for my dream car for over a year and have dealt with private sellers, low and high volume dealerships and some of the worst customer service you could possibly imagine. My search included over twelve states and twenty dealerships. I have to be honest, when I reached out to Ziegler my optimism was at an all-time low and I was ready to call it quits. I first made contact with Kyle Nagy from the sales department. Kyle was very prompt in responding and following up to my inquiries. Knowing exactly what I wanted, I made numerous requests and inquiries that most salespeople would have thought of as burdensome. Kyle always delivered and maintained his professionalism even in the most heated of discussions. When I returned to close the deal I noted that even Ziegler’s shuttle driver was a class act who shared a wealth of stories, pictures, and knowledge about cars. The *only* complaint I would have is that I was not informed that BMW ConnectedDrive would be discontinued on my car only a couple of months after my purchase. This rendered most of the safety features useless and absolutely would have been nice to know beforehand. Aside from that, I would recommend this dealership based on their promptness, professionalism, and inspiring inventory.

Ultimately, the depth of his knowledge and his sheer excitement for what distinguishes a BMW from other brands makes buying a car with Matt a trustworthy, easy, and (above all) fun experience. For my most recent purchase, I also had the pleasure of working with two additional charming professionals, Doug Kamp and Curt Laczniak. Also, Fred Troccoli and Antonio Lopez in service took great care of me while my BMW X5 was in service.
I have been taking my 2011 BMW 335ix to Bill Jacobs for several years now and have NEVER been disappointed. Although I might be able to find a lower price from an independent shop, I don't believe it is worth it in the long run given the complexities of these cars (note, I do change the oil and filter on the car myself, however). I will continue to support this dealership because of the quality of their service.

This was my second time around purchasing a car with Mr. Yarbough and I will love to state that he did a phenomenal job once again. I was in a very tight spot and needed a car right away( but not just any car), I had a car event approaching in 4 days and needed to get myself back into another Ultimate Driving Machine for the show. I was panicking to the point I had second thoughts about postponing the event due to not having a car, I informed Mr. Yarbough of the short time and he took action RIGHT AWAY... 1 day went by and Mr. Yarbough was able to place me in my brand new 2018 430i GC for my event appearance. Nalley BMW has great service advisors. They are knowledable, courteous, friendly, professional, and never try to sale your services you don’t need. The work environment is comforting and pleasant; I always wait for my vehicle to be service to enjoy the free perks, even though they offer shuttle service and rental service. This is the only BMW dealership in the Atlanta area that I will have service e performed on my vehicle due to the total professionalism I experienced from the total stafff. We drove 4 hours because they had the best price around for a Jetta diesel. We drove a VERY high milage car there and decided to ask about a potential replacement for it. I asked for a TRANSFORMER and THEY FOUND IT! I needed an SUV that can handle bikes, boats, soccer gear, fitness gear, and groceries for a small army. But it had to be able to seat that small army of kids and friends like a van. And have leather seats because, you know, kids are GROSS. And decent gas mileage would be a plus. After searching through several SUVs we found the transformer: A GMC Acadia! Leather seats, second row captain chairs, foldable third row bench, good gas mileage, and lots of bells and whistles. If that wasn't enough, we had 4 kids with us who were able to sit in the lounge and watch a movie with snacks. We were there around 7 hours total. Paperwork on one car is bad. Paperwork on two is crazy. So Tim ( our dealer) got more snacks for the kids while we signed on all those lines! One kid is highly interested in cars and all the dealers were open and welcoming to his comments and questions. Just a great experience all around. Highly recommended.
Sales: Adam and Michael went above and beyond to provide us with specific information about the 2016 Beetle Dune prior to our purchase. They were experienced, knowledgeable and professional. We appreciated their honesty and sincerity during the buying process and definitely were treated with courtesy and respect. My husband and I just leased our fourth BMW from Rick Arendt and Mark Harrington last weekend and couldn't be more pleased with their professionalism, taking the time to listen to what we wanted in terms of model,and features and the price range that we were hoping to stay within. We didn't need to,wait long before they had a few 2017 X3 models that met our criteria and we immediately fell in love with the vehicle that we left the dealership with that day. In all of the years that we've been working with Rick and Mark, they have never once made us feel rushed, pressured and gave us the attention that we needed in order to make our ultimate decision. Many dealerships consider the deal to be done once you drive off of the lot but not when you are dealing with BMW of Seattle and Rick and Mark. Rick,has checked in with me a few times to see how the vehicle was working out and if there was anything we needed. Thanks to the unparalleled service provided by Rick and Mark, they will always have our business. Further, everyone that we have ever encountered at BMW of Seattle has been extremely pleasant and professional. The dealership,is a well-oiled machine so you will not spend more than a few hours closing the deal. I'd also like to add a side story about Rick and Karen who coordinates the Service Department. Earlier during the week that I ended up,trading in my 428ix, I blew out the sidewall of my tire when I hit a curb to avoid hitting a squirrel. My first instinct was to reach out to Rick after speaking with BMW Assist since it was getting late and I wasn't sure if the Service Department was open. Rick told me to have the vehicle towed to the dealership and we would figure out the logistics of working it into the schedule. I followed up,with BMW Assist and arranged for them to pick up my car the early the next morning. I followed up with a call to the Service Department when they opened at 7:00 am and Karen answered the phone. I filled her in on my plight and she also,told me to go ahead and have the car towed in. I asked Karen if it was possible for me to get a loaner car, despite this not being a warranty issue, and she said that they didn't have enough loaner cars for the scheduled appointments that morning. She called me back later that morning to advise me that there was a service cancellation and that she could put me into a rental car! I could probably write a mini-novel about how Karen and Rick went above the call of duty but I'll close with this: BMW of Seattle is the epitome of professionalism, excellent customer service and vehicle service. Zach and Jarod are the dream team! They were very kind and professional through the whole process of helping me purchase a new 2019 X5. Zach took my order for the X5 two months before it was released and it arrived 30 days before expected. I was so excited! Zach handled a lot of the paper work be I arrived at the dealership and what was left was speaking with Jarod in finance. Jarod was also extremely helpful in explaining all my options but allowed me to choose what was best. Best sales and finance experience of all time. I???ve been driving a BMW since 2005. This was one of the easiest and most enjoyable car purchases I have ever made. I found the car I liked on Century West???s website and contacted them for more information. My salesperson, Mark King, checked on the vehicle and set up a time for me to come see it. He followed up with me regularly by text, and he had the car waiting for a test drive when I arrived. After we drove the car, it took only about 30 minutes to finalize price, set up the financing, and sign the paperwork. Thanks Mark and Century West BMW!
