Ram Truck Purchase

I recently visited the Coon Rapids Chrysler, Dodge and Jeep dealership. Now I will admit that I am a very particular and difficult to please customer. The first person I interacted with was Amber Genardi from the Sales Department. To keep it short and on point, let's say that I was less than impressed with the staff and how it appeared that the dealership had lost touch with how to earn a customer with the exception of Amber. I left the dealership with no intention of returning. Although Amber was the only positive part of my initial visit and she was in no way at fault for the initial negative experience, she still reached out to me to apologize for the experience and subsequently due to Amber, I decided to give the dealership another opportunity. As I had mentioned, I'm a bit of a particular customer and Amber did an incredible job of not only not letting me give up on the dealership she earned my loyalty as I was about to purchase another Ram from a different dealership. However after thInking about how hard Amber has been working, I decided to not go forward with the purchase from the other dealership and was sticking with Amber. After working diligently, Amber was able to locate the vehicle was looking for and made me forget about the initial negative experience.
