Alex Harmsen is my Service advisor and she always does an excellent job in addressing any issues that need to be addressed on my vehicles. Recently had to replace a wheel, not a normal maintenance issue, and Alex and the team quickly ordered a replacement and had me back in my vehicle in no time. I won?t mention any names of those who assisted me. However, the first man who didn?t want to sell me the car and wasn?t willing to do anything to make sure my family was satisfied has no place in this dealership. We were on the hunt for a hybrid X5 with the head's up display which was deceptively difficult to find. We live in Brooklyn and called around and finally connected with Vince who informed us he had a hybrid in the queue and helped us build out the car to the exact specifications we wanted.
