New and used 2025 BMW i4 Gran Coupe hatchbacks for sale near Carrollton, TX

DeFouw replaced the bleeder valve at no cost, since it was a recall, but did not go further to check the brake system. When I brought it back in to say it was not fixed they told me that the booster pump was bad but that it had to be ordered from Tennessee, which would take a week. This delay, which could have been fixed by ordering it the first time I came in, is now costing me an additional $600 to rent a car for our vacation, in addition to the $750 it is costing me to replace the booster pump. I am not happy that this has happened. The reason I brought it in the first time was so that it would be ready for vacation. Maybe there was no way to avoid this problem, but it sure looks like it could have been avoided.

It was time for regular oil change and maintenance and Hendricks BMW of South KC always takes excellent care of me. The staff are respectful and courteous.

Sebastian was professional and attentive. He answered all of my questions and kept me informed with regards to the vehicle status. I will definitely recommend BMW of Mount Laurel.

Bruce Spencer is the best! He is so knowledgeable... always able to answer any question we have about the vehicle we are purchasing. He's very patient...wants to be sure that he has educated us on all aspects of the vehicle. He always offers, "If you have any questions that may arise after you leave, please let me know and we can go over them or we can set up a time for you to come in." Always takes good care of us.

This dealership was honest and up front with me. I was interested in a truck. I sent a email about it, they responded very quickly and seemed interested in assisting. Before I got to the dealer the truck was sold. No problem with that. Someone got their first. What I liked is the dealer let me know before making a 80 mile drive the truck was gone. I walked in there knowing what I wanted to buy, no finance, cash in hand, and I said I didn’t wanna hear the spiel about all the extras and the warranty. And yet you still made me wait for what seems like a half an hour for you to print off the paperwork, then hand write it down on a blank sheet of paper, when the printed one was right behind you. Not a fan of this sales technique to buy “ Add on warranties”. My whole buying experience was great until it came to the financial “upsell” of the deal. For reference, I was paying cash for my 2024 BMW.

I had an excellent experience with this dealership from start to finish. I bought the car from out of state and Jonathan De La Cruz did a walk around for me, had the car in perfect shape for me, arranged to have a car pick me up at the airport, and then Niello literally went the extra mile (143 to be exact) to get me where I needed to go with my certified pre-owned MINI. Very happy with my treatment and all employees I encountered. Though I hope to never have to go 1000 miles again to get the perfect car—I’d be happy to work with Niello again.
