If you're like me, taking your car for service is right up there with going to the dentist. At BMW of Rochester Hills the team works above and beyond to make the process easy.  I'm not an easy customer, I blow in and out of the service depart like it's a pit stop at Detroit Grand Prix. Tonight I realized I had forgotten to grab my spare house key. My service advisor had ask me earlier that morning, "do you need any of these keys" and I said 'no' thinking I had a spare.  Not so and now, after normal business hours, I was locked out of my home. Perplexed as to if I call a locksmith, a local hotel or a friend for a night on their sofa... I contacted BMW of Rochester Hills via social media to let them know of my precarious situation. Within minutes they had contacted me back, circled the wagons and found a solution.  Not only did they rise far beyond expectations, later that evening they proactively reached out to confirm I had made it home safely.  That is customer service! The team at BMW of Rochester Hills recognizes that completing a transaction (be it sales or service) isn't the end but part of the process of building a long term relationship with a customer.  They are truly committed to delivering top notch service and genuinely care that your needs are addressed.  While I don't suggested you lock yourself out of your home to test the validity of my recommendation, I would highly recommend BMW of Rochester Hills, if you are looking for an organization that values you as a customer.

Overall, the transaction and dealership was slow, but Ivan was great and made up for it.

BMW McKinney and Steven were top notch! I inquired about a used pickup, made an appointment to take a look and test drive. Steven was very accommodating and made the process smooth and easy. No pushy sales tactics, or underhanded methods to make a sale. Finalizing the sale there were no hidden charges, or fees and he gave 100% transparency. The Tulsa BMW Service Dept has made a huge effort to improve their customer experience in the last year. They have redone the show room and waiting area, hired exceptional people, and made the service experience pretty seamless. My preferred advisor is Jonathan. He always goes above and beyond when I bring my car in. He is VERY knowledgeable about the cars, inside and out, and he really makes taking your car in for repairs, as painless as possible. I?m so grateful Tulsa now has a great dealership, to go with the exceptional car.

Good service advisors. Good techs. Video describing condition of vehicle enhances customer experience. Facility is very clean and well maintained. Somewhat expensive, but in general a wortwhile expense.
