I took in a Porsche that the Porsche dealer was doing a terrible job on a minor service request, and Joaquin at Aston Martin Service fixed my problem right away. The service department at this dealership is excellent.
This place is amazing. Stars or ratings do not do justice to the experience that is Aston Martin. Joaquin is service is quite helpful and their sales department is delightful. All of their phone extensions end in 007.... Wonder why that is???
I have purchased over 50 cars in my life, and NEVER did a dealer feedback review . . . Until now with Sewell Mini of Plano! Purchased a 2016 used Clubman last week and was totally impressed with the sales person (Hunter), his boss (Michael), inventory selection, facilities and price/value.
This was the second Mini purchased from this dealer: foolishly traded it (2015 4 door hardtop) and after a year wanted to buy another. Shopped 5 other dealers, and tried 8 Minis. Ended up at Sewell and made the purchase because of my good experience in the past (sales & Service) and they had the best deal! Price was very competitive (but you should not take their initial “list” price too seriously), car was certified (100,000 miles or 7 years), great repair facilities, nice people, and location (next to Costco . . . can shop while service is completed).
I generally have a very skeptical view of car dealerships; however, Sewell Mini in Plano - and particularly Fred Price - have made me a believer. I live out of state and have been the worst type of buyer - wishy washy and too distracted by work to make a decision. But throughout the process Mr. Price as been extremely helpful, available for my repeated questions, and has made the car buying process an easy and comfortable experience. I seriously could not be happier. Thank you!
With the delivery of my new Pista, I have to commend Nathan and the rest of the Boardwalk Ferrari team for another job well done. Extra time and effort in getting the car spec'd properly and staying on top of things while in production. Very timely delivery has now made for an extremely satisfied client, yet once again. Nathan, Brian, and the rest of the staff certainly know how to take care of you when providing such an exemplary product. Deal with the best, forget the rest.....
I couldn't be happier with our whole experience. We found the perfect car at Sewell Mini, but live out of state. They took care of everything for us, down to picking us up at the airport. Easiest experience I have ever had buying a car. Loved working with them!
Hands down, kind and caring people... they went out of the way to keep us happy even though it was not to their advantage. Mike Micael (Aman) was my salesman & he was AWESOME! He worked with my husband & I for hours until we all could agree on the perfect car & perfect price. He was kind & patient throughout the entire process. Mercedes even got me a lower APR than my credit union which allowed me to add GAP & a Manufacturer Warranty & still remain in budget. I am very pleased with Mercedes Benz of Plano & will for sure use them again!
Great service from beginning to end! A friendly reminder be email was given to remind me of my service date and time. While waiting for the service to be completed, I relaxed in the spacious waiting area!
Everyone was really nice and I got the car I wanted! Mike was very knowledgeable about each model of car I was interested in. Also, he let me test drive the cars and pointed out the special features that were inside of each car. Amber and Chris were helpful as well! :)
I stop in randomly to take a close look at the new Black Label Lincoln Navigator. I was great by a gentle in the parking lot who proceeded to show me many amazing details. After a while I released we had been talking about the amazing vehicle and I was not being pushed into anything. Just giving great info. Thank you Mark for being that guy that just helps. So I bought 2.
I went in with my 19 yr old son the other day to purchase a car for him. Before entering I told him " Your in for a real lesson son. Wait until we get to deal with the guy behind the dark glass that never comes out to negotiate (the finance guy). Most of these places make it so difficult you leave half un-happy with what you just paid them for.". Upon entering I knew this experience was going to be different. We were greeted by Autumn who led us to Bob Dean. Bob treated us as if we were family from the start. No high pressure , just a down to earth good man. He answered all of our questions promptly and the one he did not know jumped on finding the information out immediately. We next dealt with Curtis Priddy the sales manager if I am correct on his title . It was also immediately clear as it was with Bob that he was a person of high integrity. After we agreed on the car sales price we spoke to him about an additional extended warranty and received I believe very fair pricing on it as well. I highly recommend this dealership for anyone looking for a car . Thank you Bob and Curtis, We will be back!!!!
