Brought my car in for service work and explained I was pressed for time. I dealt with a young man named Richie and he made sure i was out within a reasonable time and for that alone I will continue to bring my business. Any place that does what they can for their customers is on the top of my list. I will definitely come back.
This is late, I apologize, but last summer I was looking to trade my 2013 Volt in on a 2017 Volt with ACC, Jack Schmitt had one optioned exactly as I would have. I walked into the showroom and was met by Tim Schuhardt and John Weilmusnster. Told them what I wanted, within 15 minutes they had inspected my trade and offered me a very fair and acceptable offer. 3 hours later my wife and I drove off in our new 2017 Volt. We couldn't have had a more pleasant buying experience. Now in all honesty I have purchased over 20 vehicles from Jack Schmitt since 1989 and love their service department. I can say it's like being family when I visit the dealership. Kathy, Chad, Tim, John W, John R and Mike are all friends and make buying a pleasant experience. But I must say with the new Chevy's I'm only visiting the service dept for oil changes. Highly recommended.
I purchased a used E-350 Mercedes Sedan 5 years ago. I decided to have my car service at an import repair shop. One day I decided to compare the prices of my local Mercedes dealer and the Import Repair shop and the difference in cost to repair was $5 dollars. So, I decided to give the local Mercedes dealer a try.
I am so glad that I did !! When I took my car to Mercedes, a personal representative was assigned to me (Nic Howard). Nic is truly amazing, I can call him about anything that is going on with my car. The best part about my calling him was if I was experiencing a problem with my car, he would try to troubleshoot the situation which did not always require bringing the car in and paying a large bill. Over the years, I feel as though I have someone that I can trust with my car needs and someone that have my best interest as well as Mercedes best interest at heart. When you are a single female this is very important. The service that I receive is truly a reflection of Mercedes and this is the reason that I will always be a Mercedes customer/owner. Kudos to an outstanding company!!!
I purchased my Camry here and everything about my experience was great. I had heard that rental company's sold their vehicle's after rental use. I was reluctant but, now I get it. I take good care of my car but, hertz takes better care of their cars than I do of mine. By law their cars must be inspected constantly. The icing on the cake is that a master mechanic completes a 70 point certification inspection on the vehicle's offered to the public. I love my 2015 Camry. It's awesome ! Thanks John ! This was my second time around purchasing a car with Mr. Yarbough and I will love to state that he did a phenomenal job once again. I was in a very tight spot and needed a car right away( but not just any car), I had a car event approaching in 4 days and needed to get myself back into another Ultimate Driving Machine for the show. I was panicking to the point I had second thoughts about postponing the event due to not having a car, I informed Mr. Yarbough of the short time and he took action RIGHT AWAY... 1 day went by and Mr. Yarbough was able to place me in my brand new 2018 430i GC for my event appearance. I started going to Coggin BMW Treasure Coast to have my 2008 335xi serviced because Goggin is the closest dealership to my home in Vero Beach. My service adviser (Ernie, who is no longer there) was very honest, straightforward and always looking out for the customer. I was very impressed. Ernie referred me to Richard Guide as an outstanding sales adviser when I mentioned we might be looking for a replacement for our 2008 model. Richard turned out to be as honest, straightforward and always looking out for the customer's best interests as Ernie had been. We just purchased our 2018 440ix and we couldn't be happier with the car and our experience with Richard. Purchasing a new car is often a painful experience. Dealing with Richard was a pleasure.
We had the pleasure today of visiting Mazda of West Palm Beach and it was a wonderful experience. Specifically, we came to look at a 2016 Mazda CX-5. The dealership is clean, inviting and easy to find but the biggest reason you have to go is the sales team. Specifically, we had the chance to meet John or "JD" as he prefers to go by and it was an absolute pleasure. He is the most professional, knowledgeable, and down-to-earth sales professional that I or my wife have ever interacted with. He was not pushy in the slightest and was able to answer all of our questions in great detail. Purchasing a car is a big decision and it is invaluable to have someone like him in your corner.
I was looking for a inexpensive car to drive my kids around. I did a little bit of homework on price and options. I decided on a Kia Optima. There was quite a few out there but either the mileage was too high or it was priced too high. I found one at Hertz car sales in Costa Mesa that had decent miles but was priced just right!!! I called spoke to Brian B and was surprised at how nice he was. Not pushy at all. He really is a nice guy!! I came in test drove , loved it and Anita in finance got me approved , signed and out the door in time to pick up the kids from school in a sweet new ride!!! Awesome!!! Wow what an amazing car buying experience at Hertz Car Sales - Torrance with Tammy Watkins helping us buy 2 excellent condition and low mileage 2016 Toyota Camry's. Me and my family have been researching for the best car deals for months now and finally a place to buy cars without issues. We tried going the private seller route and even going to car dealerships around town, but it was a big waste of time since other dealers have high pressure sales and hidden charges such as dealership fees or accessory fees. Then we had the issue of private sellers not being upfront honest about their car's history or actual ownership of the car. Just to many obstacles getting a good deal with them private sellers and other dealerships. I finally heard about Hertz Car Sales through a youtube video of someone saying the pros and cons of buying through rental car companies and they mentioned Hertz Car Sales has the best deals you can find. We went to the Hertz Car Sales - Torrance website and found the cars we liked at a reasonable price below what other dealers and private parties are selling them for. Apparently Hertz sales their cars significantly cheaper than what Kelly Blue Book lists them as. The best thing I like about buying our cars here was that the prices are listed upfront and their is no haggling, no pressure, and no hidden fees. Plus the cars we bought come with a 12-month/12,000 Mile Limited Power Train Warranty. We went to Hertz Car Sales - Torrance 3 different days in order to purchase 2 cars from them. The first day we just drove onto the lot and started walking around looking at the cars and were greeted in a friendly manner by a Hertz Representative named by Tammy Watkins. She was very knowledgeable about the cars we were interested in and offered us to test drive the cars. We ended up test driving several cars that day and Tammy was very patient with us and did not pressure us at all. We told her we like the cars and would come back with a mechanic another day to test drive and inspect the cars. Then we came back on a 3rd day to finalize all the financial, DMV, and warranty paper work to purchase both cars. Overall I want to thank Tammy Watkins and the rest of the Hertz Car Sales - Torrance team that helped our family buy 2 cars in the same week. I really cannot express enough how much I appreciate the experience of buying a car from Motorcars Washington. Jarrod is a car guy's guy, and his showroom is a museum to the cool and the fast. He made buying my new (to me) M3 the best possible experience.
For whatever reason, M3 sedans are harder to find than the coupes and convertibles. I had been looking on and off for nearly a year to find a good late model example, so when this beautiful white 2011 competition package showed up on Car Guru I decided to take a look.
I had never heard of Motorcars Washington, but I will say that it was a bit of a shock to walk into their showroom. It really is a museum of amazing vehicles. The only difference is that all of these cars are for sale.
Jarrod was very low key, not hustling for a sale at all, and really knew his cars. Most of the cars in the showroom were exotics, but he treated the sale of a BMW the same as he would a Ferrari. We made a verbal agreement for me to buy the car, and I went home to sort out my financing. No money had changed hands yet, but when I searched his website to show my brother pictures of the car later that evening, I found that the listing had already changed to sold. A small detail, sure, but it really shows the level of honesty Jarrod brings to each transaction.
Despite the best preparations, there are occasional problems that can happen to any car (especially BMWs). My car had a few issues right out of the gate, but Jarrod went way out of his way to correct them. Small, but incredibly inconvenient to fix transmission leak, no problem. Rear brakes? Already have the parts in stock. He even found a nail in the tire and replaced it before delivery. Wow! Even after the sale, when the car went into limp mode, Jarrod took care of it. I really can't say enough about the level of service at Motorcars Washington.
When things go smoothly it's easy for a business to look good, but it's the way a business handles the inevitable problems that crop up which really shows you their true character.
Jarrod and crew are absolutely the real deal. Simply the best. I would send my mom to buy a car from them!
Great service, I would recommend this dealership too all my family and friends. The choice of different type of models and colors of cars is awesome. I went up there wanting one thing and could make my mind up. I didn't ask to many questions, cause I didn't want to be talked into something I didn't want. But with my observation I changed my mind. I'm for sure going back to get what I want. Great experience in all !!

From the moment I walked into the dealership, I was met with friendly service, which made me feel at ease. I spoke to Cody, Roger and Scott during my process and never felt pressured. They were focused on me as a potential customer and answered all my questions. I have been looking at used Mercedes Benz for months but never felt welcomed by salesman at other dealerships. I would buy from these guys again. They are awesome and you won’t be disappointed.

I purchased a 2015 Buick Enclave from Tim Guillette at this dealership about 3 weeks ago (September 30, 2018). Tim was very helpful in answering all of my questions and did not hesitate to track down any answers he did not have off of the top of his head. Tim also met me at my local police department for a VIN check on his day off, going the extra mile for my convenience. I HIGHLY recommend dealing with Tim! Nikki in the finance department was also very informative and helpful without being "pushy". The financing went smoothly and there was no "hard sell" on the extras. I was "informed" of all the coverage options, but no high-pressure sales tactics. The service department (I dealt with Eric Leuropa and Bruce Palmer) was also very attentive to my concern with a radio issue and once they realized that they need to order the parts, it was handled quickly and the repair will take place within a week. They also printed off the service record of everything that was done to this vehicle before my purchase, including their comprehensive inspection and which things were repaired and/or serviced. Top notch! This has been my 8th used vehicle purchase in my lifetime, so I know that some dealerships can make the experience "less than enjoyable". I have to say, all-in-all, this was one of the best experiences that I have had buying a used vehicle.
