I found that the shopping experience at Select Auto Imports was outstanding. I started with the Sales Manager Robert Samereie who worked with me to buy a 2014 BMW 650i Xdrive loaded convertible . Robert did an excellent job sending me comprehensive pictures of the car I was interested in and even added 20 + to the pictures on the website.IN addition we negotiated the terms over the phone before driving form VA Beach to Alexandria including best purchase price, trade in terms and an excellent 6 year financing rate. He also assured me that he would work with me on my trade in to match the best quote I received in VA Beach. When I went to Alexandria Robert was off for the evening and I dealt with Brian Villanueva as my Sales Consultant who took me on the test drive and explained the many differences between my past 2005 645CI BMW and the 2014 650 Idrive.. The final paperwork required the owner MR. M Najimohammad and Terri Norrent from the Finance department. They agreed to honor my trade in and the finance rate as well as the Discount agreed upon despite a difference between the Trade In estimate they made and my VA Beach best rate to close the deal on a very positive note. I have had a couple issues since bringing the car to VA Beach and they have quickly resolved them and will be sending me a check for the difference on my trade in versus financing and a second key that was not available when I picked up the car.All the people I dealt with were very professional and responded quickly to any issues that came up. Finally the owner Mr. M Hajimohammad was excellent at helping to close the order with both sides feeling good about the deal.
I really cannot express enough how much I appreciate the experience of buying a car from Motorcars Washington. Jarrod is a car guy's guy, and his showroom is a museum to the cool and the fast. He made buying my new (to me) M3 the best possible experience.
For whatever reason, M3 sedans are harder to find than the coupes and convertibles. I had been looking on and off for nearly a year to find a good late model example, so when this beautiful white 2011 competition package showed up on Car Guru I decided to take a look.
I had never heard of Motorcars Washington, but I will say that it was a bit of a shock to walk into their showroom. It really is a museum of amazing vehicles. The only difference is that all of these cars are for sale.
Jarrod was very low key, not hustling for a sale at all, and really knew his cars. Most of the cars in the showroom were exotics, but he treated the sale of a BMW the same as he would a Ferrari. We made a verbal agreement for me to buy the car, and I went home to sort out my financing. No money had changed hands yet, but when I searched his website to show my brother pictures of the car later that evening, I found that the listing had already changed to sold. A small detail, sure, but it really shows the level of honesty Jarrod brings to each transaction.
Despite the best preparations, there are occasional problems that can happen to any car (especially BMWs). My car had a few issues right out of the gate, but Jarrod went way out of his way to correct them. Small, but incredibly inconvenient to fix transmission leak, no problem. Rear brakes? Already have the parts in stock. He even found a nail in the tire and replaced it before delivery. Wow! Even after the sale, when the car went into limp mode, Jarrod took care of it. I really can't say enough about the level of service at Motorcars Washington.
When things go smoothly it's easy for a business to look good, but it's the way a business handles the inevitable problems that crop up which really shows you their true character.
Jarrod and crew are absolutely the real deal. Simply the best. I would send my mom to buy a car from them!

Before arrive there I submitted an online application. After that point, the manager began to communicate the process of purchasing a Certified Preowned BMW. We set up a meeting for Monday of the following week and management introduced us to one of the most competent and down to earth client advisors, Mr. Zino Robertson. He presented us with several workable options and toiled with us after hours until we left with the car of our choice. The manager, financial officer, and the client advisor made this purchase memorable. I would not go anywhere else to purchase. I'm sold on BMW of Columbia!

Drove from Nashville for a better experience. Courteously greeted and made to feel valued. I had called about a car-it was ready and waiting. I was offered refreshments and an immediate test drive. Afterwards I was met and we talked about the car. I wanted to look at another and was given the keys for another test drive. I picked the vehicle-the negotiating was typical-but friendly, back and forth to "the decision makers?" We arrived at a price and that was that. I was going to arrange my own financing but Grayson BMW offered more competitive BMW financing rates. Done deal! I was going to pay a large downpayment-the finance manager suggested I could invest the downpayment amount (my own choice of options) and most likely earn more interest/return $ than I would save by paying down my low interest loan. Great suggestion.
I'm glad I made the drive-then the Product Expert (BMW Genius) offered to go over the major features. He scheduled a follow-up a few weeks later to go over questions (second delivery.) Excellent service! Great buying experience.
Creme de la creme of Sales! My BMW sales person, Alex Tanjga is the best on the planet! His customer service skills are amazing. His communication is clear and concise, devoid of double speak! His moral compass is totally ALIGNED- not a sleeze ball sales person. Hid dedication to the customer is unmatched and refreshing. He is very receptive to "the customer's" wants, needs and goes above and beyond! My interaction with Mr. Tanjga was a pleasant surprise and I highly recommend him.

To whom it may Concern, I bought my Honda 18 years ago, have used maintenance from Barrington Motors in the past. I have used maintenance closer to me and have only replaced batteries and brakes with original Honda parts. I have kept it in pristine condition and one morning in my garage my radio/CD player would not work without a code to restart it. This was after 18 years and no one could help because when I bought it from you no code was given to me. I had a letter from Honda saying that delivery of my manual was late. With Extraordinary help from Rich Cano he was able to get a code to restart my radio/CD player without having to take the radio out. I purchased a Mercedes Benz 350E yesterday, Saturday evening from Jason Tsanakas at Jumbo Luxury cars. The experience was excellent! We showed up about 20 minutes before closing to just look at a car we saw online. Jason showed us the car, but due to the large selection of high end quality cars I saw on the lot, I wanted to compare that Mercedes to other options I saw. He patiently showed us each car, explaining all the options each car came with, even though it was now after closing hours. We saw a car on the lot that was perfect for us. Jason again spent the extra time to sell us the car right then rather than just taking a deposit and having us wait until Monday to take the car home. The buying process took less than 45 minutes. This was the best experience I have every had buying a car. I will definitely recommend this dealer and salesman to all my friends. The cars are top notch, the selection is amazing and the customer service was excellent!

I stopped by this dealership on my lunch break and I needed to get an oil change and inspection and I had a couple of questions about a few things that were showing up on my vehicle I was able to get in and get out within a timely manner everyone was so kind Arthur and the other service man handled everything they gave me additional information they followed up with quotes this was the perfect visit with it being so hard to find trustworthy people out there nowadays I am elated and will be a customer for as long as they'll have me best place to be!
While I didn't purchase our 2011 X3 there, we've always been treated as though we did. We will definitely buy our next car there, but the this one is holding up so well, it might be a while. Since I pull a boat sometimes, the 28i is preferable to the smaller turbo for me.
