Bought a very low mileage BMW 7 series recently from Perrillo. My salesman Rhoy was great! He was helpful and courteous, very pleasant and easy to deal with. I knew what I wanted, and had some specific and unique criteria that I was looking for in my BMW build, and Alan Sahagian was great to work with. He was very prompt, professional, and searched far and wide to locate a vehicle that we were able to do a deal on. Very seamless and non adversarial in coming to an agreement.

The 2024 BMW X1 is nimble and responsive. It has an excellent memory for self-driving the car to back out of tight parking spots along the path the driver used to get into it. The car feels spacious inside and is easy to get into. My observed hwy mileage is 36mpg @ 75mph and 22mpg in suburban driving. It’s defects are: 1) the driver must learn how to start from a stop to avoid a sluggish pick-up or a sudden forward jerk; 2) the owner’s manual does not include directions for setting up the electronics, so the owner must resort to a complex cryptic in-car system that is difficult to sort through; 3) the built-in navigation system's is hard to use; the owner will resort to Waze or Car Play; 4) the car is bumpy on rough surfaces, and vibrates like a massage unit on washboard.

I recently bought a Bentley. Dan and his team are great!! My salesman Dimitri and finance guy Ibrahim were fantastic. I couldn’t ask for a better team or service. The service they give is presidential. They treat you like family and. I will continue to buy cars for my wife, myself, and my business from them. They are great people to do business with.
