He took the time find a solution to my dilemma that six service people, four parts people at three other BMW dealers, and two rep from the BMW Genius Center could not solve. I am grateful and would highly recommend this dealership and will look to them for help with our three BMWs.

After a not so great experience with a dealership in Westchester, it was a huge relief to have such a pleasant and friendly experience with this team. I took my 2023 5 series in for a vibration in my front wheel and faulty lock. They gave me a loaner, found the problem and fixed it all at no charge. I was camping in the mountains with my dog when I awoke in the morning with a flat run flat tire. The tire pressure was down to 2 pounds. I managed to find someone who could pump the tire up in the middle of a remote camping area. I called my dealership Back in Philadelphia and my closest BMW dealership to my camping site in Allentown. The service advisor Webb call me back within a half an hour. He found out the size of my tire and called around and ordered one from 80 miles away. He had it delivered that day to the dealership. I drove to the dealership And everyone there was very friendly. My dog was treated as a VIP. They gave me a great price on the tire and checked the whole car out. It could not have been a better experience. The head service advisor Webb was unbelievably friendly and great and helpful. I would give them a five star out of five.
