When I decided to get further information about the vehicles, I was introduced to Patrick. Patrick knew these cars well and provided details to help me make a decision. He even arranged a trade-in offer quickly for me before I left the dealership. Patrick didn’t pressure me at all and remained patient. I called him two days later after deciding to purchase the vehicle. I was fortunate it was still on the lot. The rest of the process took some time as expected. Handling financing, trade-in, etc. was painless and United BMW took the time to walk me through all the setup, configuration, etc. of the new vehicle. Very knowledgeable about the car and no pressure on me to buy. Took the BMW X3 for a test drive. Came back the next day and made the deal to purchase. Of course there were a lot of extras presented when meeting with the finance manager, but he didn’t pressure me to get any of them as I declined the offers. Very smooth process overall. The sales manager was also quite accommodating and helped to complete the deal. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend United BMW if you’re looking for a new BMW.
