Our client advisor, Martik Gharibian, was fantastic. We just went to look at a X7, but he was so gracious to give test drives. He was calm, polite and extremely professional. He did not pressure us at all because the car sold itself. Martik search all across other dealers to see if he could get the car, with the exact options we wanted and found it! Not sure why all the poor reviews, but I have had nothing but positive experiences with this dealership. As for someone that has had many, many cars in my lifetime, buying my 3rd BMW was a no brainer and this store seemed to have more stock of certified cars than any other. Ill always gravitate back to a Herb Chambers, since I bought two Lexus from the Sharon store and had a great experience with their sales and service (although I would never by another Lexus, but thats a different story). Herb Chambers dealerships are all about exceptional customer service and great relationships for the long term which is what I like. From start to finish, this dealership had great communication from online, text and in person and Ahmed, my sales person was exceptional, friendly and professional and I could not ask for anything better. Great service, great people and quality cars , I would highly recommend this dealership. The location is not ideal, and it is a smaller dealership with mostly cars in the showroom, but they do an excellent job.

Just bought a used 2023 Camry from Lipton Toyota. The staff was very friendly and low key - no pushy sales people or trying to get you in a car they want to sell. My sales rep was Wisler - he spent a good portion of the day letting me look at anything I wanted and filling me on the details until I settled on the Camry. Afterward we agreed on a price with the manager and finance guy - then switched my tag and insurance from my trade-in to the new car. Wisler hung around the whole time until I was finished so he could show me how everything in Camry worked - going over the bluetooth phone, radio, etc... A quick, but thorough explanation that he really didn't have to do even though it was closing in on 8pm by then and he probably have better things to do. Overall, a very pleasant car buying experience. Highly recommended!

Initially when I responded to the dealership on three separate occasions (driving 60 miles for each trip), I walked away with dissatisfaction each time. However, My Client Advisor Mr. Frank M. subsequently came through as promised. He promised to hit a home run and did so after I informed him that he needed to work harder to assist me as a prospective buyer on a strict budget. Fortunately, to make a long story short, Mr. Frank fought for me and the GM accepted my offer and a deal was made. WOW, I wish this could have been done on the first day rather than the fourth day when I showed up to the dealership. This is why I gave a four star rating.
