This is a great place. I personally recommend working with Kelly in sales and Malcolm in finance. Blake in finance is also good but new to the finance department so Malcolm would be your best option. I left a very negative review after I felt like I had been completely taken advantage of by them on Saturday and was on the hook for a loan worth twice what the car was worth brand new. They completely took care of me and I got into a different car that was the same make and model but cheaper. My deal went from 34,000 total to 20,000 total after reworking it. I will say they want to add lots of stuff into the deal. It isn't necessarily bad but it adds up and I was unwilling to accept that. They will try to keep all or some of it on and if you don't want it then fight for the price you want and read the website to know their policies and guarantees. I will also leave this as a disclaimer, I would be selective about what salesperson you work with. My Mom overheard one of the guys complaining about how he was one sale away from a bonus and some lady wasted two hours of his time and backed it because she was incompetent. I saw the lady he was talking about and she was older and said very clearly she had someone waiting on her for some time now and could not stay longer. I also briefly worked with some other guy in the finance department who was pretty rude and I didn't enjoy that. I don't remember his name though. Kelly is a genuine person and a great saleswoman. You can trust her. It seems like some of the staff are a little more money focused and trying to help themselves more than the customer so beware. I also want to point out one of the managers introduced himself to me and was very kind. Also very apologetic over how things went the first day and I really appreciated it. Good place and some really good people. I had some mixed feelings with this experience but the likes of Malcolm, Kelly, and Blake and how they handled making things right with me overwhelmingly changed my overall experience to a positive--hence the 5 star review. I bought a year old BMW. The price was better than I found at other dealerships. They were prepared to go as slow as I wanted and answer all my questions, but that's not what I wanted. I wanted fast! So after a quick test drive went in and signed the paperwork, while they washed it for me. They let me leave my old car there and drive my new car home. There was a headlight malfunction and they said it was completely covered under warranty. However, because it was a software issue, Carmax said I needed to take it to BMW, but that Carmax would cover any costs. They were true to their word!

Next, I talked to the finance manager, Mandy Matanga. Mandy was friendly and fantastic to work with as she gave me the best deal to fit my budget. Drives smooth. Great with the electronics. The car is very high tech and up to date. I would definitely recommend this car !! Very spacious and has alot of leg room!

2025 BMW X1 review
Car delivers more than I expected. Two must have options are Technology Package and Driver Assistance Plus - that combination is hard to find. Sport seats are very comfortable. Lack of knobs and buttons is an issue - miss them. There is a huge learning curve transitioning to a touch screen. You must absolutely make use of the BMW "Genius" service. Highway MPG exceeds advertised value.

2025 BMW X1 review
Vehicle is a strong performer (no surprise here given its "M" designation. No disapointments in that regard. Sport seats are very supportive; especially with the lumbar support adjustability. Cabin tech is abysmal though. Not at all intuitive; functions nested down menus where you would never expect them. Owners manual is 480 pages! Really ! While the vehicle makes me smile quite often the complexity of the cabin tech has me cursing every time I start the vehicle. The so-called "Genius" program help line only works Mon. - Fri. Central time in the US! Not too happy about that either.

From the moment I pulled into Autos of Dallas Plano, I somehow knew Quinten, aka Q, was going to be my salesperson. 😂 His personality was immediately down-to-earth and familiar—like talking to somebody in the family instead of a car salesman. Within just a few minutes of conversation, I realized Q was going to be honest, fair, respectful, and trustworthy. I genuinely felt like he wasn’t going to put me in a vehicle that he wouldn’t feel comfortable putting one of his own family members in, and that meant a lot to me. At one point, Q received a call from his son’s school and immediately went into Daddy Mode. I respected that more than he probably realized because family comes first. It also told me something about his character outside of simply trying to make a sale. Most importantly, Q kept his word. From beginning to end, he made the process comfortable, straightforward and memorable—and I had my keys in less than 24 hours! 🚙🔑 I saw some of the less-than-favorable reviews about this dealership before purchasing, so I want to be very clear: my review is as real as it gets. I can only speak about my transaction and my experience with Q, but Autos of Dallas should be proud to have him on their team. He is the total opposite of the stereotypical car salesperson. Character, integrity, honesty and respect still matter, and Q demonstrated all of them throughout my transaction. I also have to shout out Justin in Finance! Another proud family man, easy to talk to, and his office is a whole ZEN VIBE! 😂 Even the finance portion of the process felt relaxed instead of stressful or pressured. Q, thank you again for making a major purchase feel personal rather than transactional.
