My story: on Saturday Morning 5/31 I was blindsided in my BMW X6 (also a BMW Manchester acquisition). By the morning of Wednesday 6/4 the insurance company totaled my car. By Wednesday at 6PM I was driving out of the Manchester BMW dealership with a perfect solution to my needs. A final note to keynote my respect…sitting in my destroyed car on Saturday because I couldn’t exit the vehicle. I called two people…one of them was Dawn Jellow and one was a family member. Stopped in several times to view a hard to get M5 touring. Salesman Kevin was both helpful and not pushy at all, taking time to answer questions even while I was still undecided. When I had made my decision the sales process was smooth fast and painless, unlike some past experiences at other dealers. After buying the car ( which is awesome BTW ) their resident BMW Genius, Haley, expertly walked me through the cars impressive software suite and set a time to follow up with me in a weeks time with any questions I might have. Would recommend.
