Went to our local BMW looking for a new vehicle after our old one got totaled out on a hit and run. The dealers there were all very nice and helpful and treated us like family. We were able to be in and out in a few hours. Definitely recommend going back there again.

My wife and I recently bought a gently used BMW x5 xdrive 50e at Laurel BMW. The showroom is beautiful, the selection wonderful and Jason, our salesman, was polite, not pushy, informative, and knowledgeable! That clicked a lot of boxes for us, as our experiences at other dealerships has been mixed. We found the perfect car. It sits up high enough for my pretty short wife and rides like a dream. BMW of the Woodlands is by far one of the best places to purchase and have a vehicle serviced. If you?re in the market, you need to visit with Todd Burns who is one of their best sales people. I have purchased three cars from him in the last year And each experience has been better than the last! Why do I keep coming back - I started having a used BMW I purchased elsewhere serviced, and then met with the sales team. Their follow up was consistent and their respect for my time was greatly appreciated. We have now gotten to the point where when we are ready to make a decision. It is a very quick process. Salesman assigned to me was Billy Talla . Great knowledge & no pressure , test drove vehicles , settled on used 2023 X4 . Price was perfect for budget paid upfront no financing .Did not care for the finance department additional sales attempts for additional warranties & pre payments . Did not make sense for such a great brand , to me personally. Thank’s .

Justin, is an OUTSTANDING Salesperson at BMW of Peoria! The dealership had a great selection of BMW X5's. I test drove the X3 and X5 really enjoyed the ride of both the vehicles. I selected the X5 due to the room inside of the vehicle, sunroof, and hybrid( with plug-in cable included). Also, I was impressed by the tenor of employees at the dealership. Everyone from the Clinton(BMW of Peoria, owner) to AJ finance MACHINE to the salesperson were GREAT to work with. In addition they gifted me with a golf t-shirt with my purchase!
