We brought our 2016 BMW X3 in for emissions testing, several regular maintenance repairs, and four new tires. The promotions offered helped to reduce our cost (4 tires for the price of 3, and reduced maintenance rates for older vehicles). Our service advisor Eduardo was fantastic, handling everything professionally (as usual) and communicating clearly what was being done and when it would be completed. Even though we spent over $2k, the entire experience was very positive!

I had Wendy Osterman as our Client Advisor, I have been buying Dodge vehicles since 1984. This is the first time I stepped away from the Dodge family and purchased my first BMW. We bought the X3 M50, what we have found out that this SUV is awesome and have enjoyed driving it everyone we get into it. My only feedback, as someone who frequently purchases high-end vehicles (Range Rover, Aston Martin, Acura, etc.), is that the dealership can get very busy and you can tell the staff was overwhelm, I think some technology could help them because people would get lost in the waiting room like we did :). This is understandable, especially on a weekend and the last day of the month—partly my timing. Overall, I look forward to building a long-term relationship with this amazing team. After almost 10 years, I’m thrilled to have a BMW back in my garage. Highly recommended!
