Working with this dealership from start to finish was nothing short of exceptional. I am very particular when it comes to buying a car and especially a used car from out-of-state. When I first expressed interest in the car, Sarah immediately reached out to provide me with all information I needed. My experience with other dealerships has typically been a bit more lengthy with a lot of back and forth, especially since I couldn't there in-person. Within the first 24 hours of reaching out to the dealership, with the amazing and expedient help of Sarah and Erica, we got the deal done! It was quite surreal! As I flew in to inspect and pick up the vehicle, Erica promptly picked me up at the airport. When I arrived at the dealership, everyone was warm and welcoming. Again, all of the paperwork preparation was ready to go to ensure that I was in and out quickly. Before leaving, they helped give me some cool tips of some spots I should check out in Albuqurque before leaving town. I recently purchased a BMW X5 at another dealership that had some oil leaks. I took it to Dreyer & Reinbold BMW Greenwood for a diagnostic test. Tony Parson my service advisor worked with myself and the other dealership on getting the work completed and paid by the other dealership. He was pleasant, professional, and was in contact with me all day long each step of the way. He made all the necessary calls to the other dealership in regards to going over the findings of the diagnostic testing, but also was one step ahead with each step. I can't thank him enough but to give him FIVE STARS *****

We just bought a BMW Xi from BMW of Warwick. Our salesman Vito is the BEST!! This is the second car Vito sold to us (the first was a BMW 230i convertible thata we still own) and Vito took great care of us throughout the process both times. Our BMW Genius David gave us a great tutorial on the new X-seris dashboard (no small task!). And Erin in financing made the pruchase process as painless as possible.
