I?m not sure how I didn?t notice the air compressor during the test drive but regardless, I bought the car and I do love it so far! To be fair Alex did mention a noise from the AC but again I didn?t hear it during the test drive.

Drives smooth. Great with the electronics. The car is very high tech and up to date. I would definitely recommend this car !! Very spacious and has alot of leg room!

Smoothest and most professional car buying experience I have had over the years. The dealership was transparent as to the pros and cons of the vehicles I was interested in. The sales person made it clear she was not paid on commission and so I knew her input was not motivated to sell me a higher priced vehicle for her self interest. The sales person was a true professional from the very beginning.

The 2024 BMW X1 is nimble and responsive. It has an excellent memory for self-driving the car to back out of tight parking spots along the path the driver used to get into it. The car feels spacious inside and is easy to get into. My observed hwy mileage is 36mpg @ 75mph and 22mpg in suburban driving. It’s defects are: 1) the driver must learn how to start from a stop to avoid a sluggish pick-up or a sudden forward jerk; 2) the owner’s manual does not include directions for setting up the electronics, so the owner must resort to a complex cryptic in-car system that is difficult to sort through; 3) the built-in navigation system's is hard to use; the owner will resort to Waze or Car Play; 4) the car is bumpy on rough surfaces, and vibrates like a massage unit on washboard.

2020 X1 w/sport seats and convenience package, purchased in 2023. Positive notes: It's a true BMW: sure-footed, agile, and no shortage of power when needed. It feels remarkably glued to the road despite its small size. Handles as well as my former 3 series and is just as fun to drive. Storage space is good. Ergonomics are good once you figure out all the technology. Negatives: Ride is a bit bumpy, even for a sporty car, which is apparently caused by the run-flat tires. If I was buying new, I'd get standard tires and a real spare, which fits in the storage space in the back. Sensatec seats are hot. In retrospect, I'd hold out for leather. Overall, I recommend this car if you're looking for something small, practical, full-featured and sporty.

Reliable and high performance BMW x1 with excellent value for the money. It’s exactly the same as an x3, but smaller cargo space. Easily fits 2 rear passengers.

I bought my car with the Auto Armor Package and Javier did an amazing job at making sure everything looked beautiful and my car was done right. When things didn't look perfect to him the first time, he actually stopped me and asked if they could try again. I was blown away by the fact that he didn't just let me go because it is something that I may not have noticed. The next time I came back it was done quickly (way faster than I had anticipated) and everything was sparkling and beautiful. Javier was very nice and spent time with me to make sure I was satisfied. Most comfortable car I have ever driven. My 6th BMW. So easy to get into tight parking spaces. Brakes a bit tight- need to get used to!

Highs: 1. It feels and drives like a BMW: sure-footed, agile, responsive and tight. 2. Materials, fit/finish, and aesthetics are good. 3. Tech is great, I particularly like the heads-up display. 4. All this in a small, practical package with decent storage space in the back. Lows: 1. Run-flat tires are firm and make the ride rough. I replaced mine with standard tires which meant purchasing an aftermarket spare. 2. Standard front seats are too short for anyone over 6'. I purchased one with the sport seats. 3. Ingress/egress is a little tight. 4. Worst glove box ever made; small and designed so that things fall out when opened. Overall, this is a great car IF you're looking for the driving experience of a BMW in a small, efficient package. If you're looking for the cushy ride of a Buick, this may not be for you.

I had the best car buying experience ever! Jacob was amazing from the time I called and spoke to him on the phone and met him in person. He found the perfect car for me! The finance department got the loan done quickly and was very straightforward and kind. In conclusion, Everyone was friendly, had my best interest in mind, and was very professional. I literally was in and out. Easy peezy!

Just picked-up the X1 on Mar 28th and had a great ride home from the dealership. Handles very well on the road with ample torque when needed. Hate the start/stop mechanics and the fact that you must deactivate each time. Hate the ConnectDrive thing—beware this is a sinister ploy to get more of your dollars and convert once standard car features into subscription services. It is evil. Love the interior. This is my third BMW, so I think this X1 interior is quite good for the money and I am astounded by the standard features list—Wow! And there’s a spare tire with tools in the trunk, WHAT!? I use a touch screen all day, so the tech is no stretch, as long as it works. We shall see, the OS is new. Dual clutch….hmmm, it has its advantages, but smooth take off ain’t one of ‘em. The seats are superb and the cabin very clean. Love the cargo space. This is a good vehicle for a certain group of buyers who want cargo and fun. This is a smart ICE choice, and I hope there will eventually be a U.S. bound iX1.

Great for a small/short person. Not comfortable for tall people. Love all the premium features. All leather interior, navigation, heated seats and steering wheel, memory seating. Electric adjustable passenger seat. Not a great sound system though.

New bmw x1. Glides…effortless driving. Incredible performance. I’ve had three other x1’s prior…nothing comes close to the handling of the 2023. However…the huge screen is distracting, it’s not user friendly and by the time I figure out the new gadgets I’ll be ready for a new lease🤷🏻‍♀️

I was referred to Dan by a friend of a friend. I didn't really even know who I was calling until I heard the last name - Berkenkotter. He was very kind and friendly and told me that he or his staff could bring my 2010 Heartland North Trail Travel Trailer in from the storage lot about 15 miles away and then they would make me an offer or they could put it on consignment for me. Recently bought a used car here ~ I went to get the car's emissions test done right after I drove it off the lot & it failed the emissions test due to the check engine light suddenly coming on. I took the car back ~ they identified the problem. They said, "We WILL fix this." Not only did they order a new part for the car ~ THEY took the car for the emissions test ~ they loaned me a car to get back & forth to work. My car passed the emissions test straightaway ~ and they had my car ready for me to pick up LESS than 24 hours from the beginning of of this issue. Ralph & his crew are truly AMAZING! I've had three 2015 X1's. Drove the wheels off one, one got stolen and on my third. Love this car! So economical and the gps is off satellite, not cell tower. Get maps ANYWHERE, for life. I only have 72k on it and will be my last vehicle.

Smallest SUV in the range and it still drives confidently. Plenty of power and torque from the turbo 4-cylinder. A very refined ride. Interior appointments remind you that you’ve bought a quality car.
