Our previous SUV was a ’mid-sized’ Infiniti QX4 that lasted more than 300,000 miles, but when we went looking for a new car the category had changed and we ended up buying a ’compact SAV’ BMW X3. The X3 is the same exterior dimensions as the QX4 but does have a smaller cargo area due to the longer engine compartment. However performance easily matches the QX4 - ’pick-up’is much better and we get an avg of 10-mph better (29.0). The 2.0 turbo 4 provides the same HP and better torque than the QX4. Inside comfort is all German- nice, solid, and well designed as well as being very quiet.
We could not have had a better experience working with Tyler Ryan at Universal Kia. From the initial call, to driving away in a new (used) car, it was as painless as it possibly could be. Tyler was friendly, patient, he listened, did what he said he would do, and was honest. He worked around our schedule and never pressured us with the ???car sales tactics??? most of us have become accustomed to when car shopping. I would have no problem recommending him to anyone I know.

Vehicle is everything we were looking for in SUV type vehicle. Perfect size for traveling and comfortable . This is the 4th Bmw we have owned and first time buying from this dealership.
The purchase process went very well and the sales part was better than average. They were fast, efficient, if not extremely professional. I appreciated not being there for 4 hours.

Our daughter was involved in a wreck that set off the air bags in her BMW X1. The BMW was totaled but its safety saved her life. We went shopping for a replacement and after test driving the Lexus, Toyota and Land Rover, we selected a certified pre-owned BMW. What a great choice! The vehicle looked, drove, and smelled new! Larger than the BMW X1, but still very easy to drive/park. We were amazed how quiet it was inside while driving. 22 MPG in the city and almost 30 MPG highway! The Heads-Up Display is our daughter's favorite feature, allowing her to keep her eyes on the road and all times to keep watch for crazy drivers! Mom and I sleep well at night.
Received implacable service during the vechicle choice, purchase and after market upgrades process. Daniel went above and beyond the requirements of a salesman. The Genius Bar representatives are great as well.
Great handling except poor tire quality

This is one of the best SUV when it comes to advanced, reliability and perfect handling. The tires are the main concern because I they often run flat compare to most SUVS out there. I had to repair my tire multiple times compare to the Nissan SUV my dad owns in the same household. BMW's service doesn't cover but does offer for additional cost the tire services such as rotating or balancing which would improve most of their consumers experience with this tire issue. Otherwise the vehicle drives very smooth, very durable and comes with many cool features such as the head up display.
We travelled from AR to make our purchase with Bostelman Auto.
Made the purchase with 2 phone calls and when we arrived we spent less than an hour ,including test drive. Sales team was 2nd to none. Great job and we look forward to doing more business in the future.

First BMW. Exactly what we wanted and great experience buying at this dealer. We love the sporty plus luxury feel. So far it is great and exceeding expectations.
I highly recommend BMW of Nashville for both sales and service. Jeff Pereira was awesome in listening to my needs/desires in my X5 purchase, getting directly to the options and giving his opinion when I asked for it. Fun, relaxed, no pressure purchase. This week, I did not have a service appt. but had a very low tire and was nervous to drive my car as I'm a realtor in it all the time with clients. Michael and the team in the service department immediately found the issue (screw), worked me in, replaced the tire and washed my car for me. Its awesome being able to rely on help when its needed AND to have a happy, clean, classy lobby to wait in while my X5 is being serviced. Loving being a BMW owner.
Fuel economy crap for a diesel

Nothing too exciting about this car. My previous car was a two litre bmw five series. I wish I had kept with the five. Over priced, poor around town performance 33mpg at best. No difference in fuel economy with driving on eco pro mode. I did managemro scrap 50 mpg on a long run.
The team at BMW that I worked with were ALL wonderful. Starting right at the front desk with Andy - She has the innate ability to make you feel welcome the moment you walk through the door. I told her I wanted to work with a female salesperson. I was delighted to learn that this dealership has two! Sadly, most dealerships have none. Andy introduced me to Carol Lawson, who was my salesperson throughout. She was terrific! Next came Paul, one of the geniuses. On the day I picked up my new vehicle, he took the time I needed to go over all the fun features of the X1 I had purchased. So kudos to a very well run organization. It appears to this satisfied customer that management cares about the buying experience of their consumers and has put both the time and effort in professionally training ALL of their staff.
Our Service Technician could not be nicer... We had a perfect experience ! I actually look forward to doing something I have, in the past, absolutely dreaded - taking the car in for service/maintenance...
MY expereince with this dealership was really great. I didnt quite get the price i wanted but settled for the discount i did get on a used 2014 BMW 435i . My expereince as a whole was made completely smooth and seamless by Caleb Jeffreys,he gave me all the information i needed and worked with me for hours after closing to make sure we got the deal done,when i got into the car he had gotten it squeaky clean and warmed up for me .He even went as far as helping me get to the airport and back to drop off the rental i drove there(I had driven 4hrs30min from Columbus,IN to Nashville). Heck,my birthday was the next week,he sent me a text to say happy birthday and check on the car as well. You just dont get that kind of customer service anywhere anymore. Needless to say the car is running fine ,confirmed that through the 4hr30min drive back home. Looking forward to enjoying it and working with Caleb and BMW Nashville on my next purchase once i decide to level up.
I went in to the dealership not sure of what to expect but I left completely comfortable and satisfied in a new 2018 X1!!!! John Bergeron not only helped me through the process of understanding a BMW but also made the process of buying completely hassle free and FUN! I am so so excited and pleased with my new X1 and I would 100% reccomend this dealership and my new friend John to anyone who is even the slightest bit interested in a BMW!!!! It will take a week to get your car looked at because they are so busy, but they fixed my truck quickly and properly with daily updates. Great service. And I highly recommend buying the 2-3 year warrenty. I'm very very thankful I did.
Josh was easy to work with and doing a 3 car deal is not easy! He took the time to make sure all 3 vehicles I was purchasing were what would be best for my family. So far I’m pleased with this dealership!
