just bought my dream car from Al Piemonte ford Melrose Park (2014 Ford Fusion Hybrid). Mr. Jim Zegar was great to work with. I was able to purchase the car for well under the Blue book price, with all of the options I could dream of, and at payments I'm able to afford. Mr. Zegar even recommended an option for the car that I never considered. I jumped on it, and am thankful that I did. He didn't pressure me into anything, but he was there to help me through every single step, from test driving, all the way through financing. He was very kind and answered all of my questions. Very easygoing, and customer friendly. This was the best experience with a dealer I've ever had (this was the 5th car I bought from a dealer, so I have other experiences to compare to). Mr. Zegar is the sales rep of this business, and he is always around. He takes pride in the product and the service he provides, and you can tell that this business is his "baby." I was referred to Perillo BMW when considering a trade in at the end of my current 3/yr lease. I was greeted immediately, given laser focus, undivided attention. I expressed that my needs had changed a year ago due to a career move to real estate and that I had been vacillating between replacing my 300 series convertible, as I desired, or getting an SUV as I "should". They listened, they asked me several clarifying questions and the solution became clear, and I selected a larger 400 series convertible which fits my lifestyle and my new business. My financing needed attention since I was in the early stages of my start up company, they worked diligently and it was remarkable smooth and swift. I would recommend this dealer 10 times.
Drove from Nashville for a better experience. Courteously greeted and made to feel valued. I had called about a car-it was ready and waiting. I was offered refreshments and an immediate test drive. Afterwards I was met and we talked about the car. I wanted to look at another and was given the keys for another test drive. I picked the vehicle-the negotiating was typical-but friendly, back and forth to "the decision makers?" We arrived at a price and that was that. I was going to arrange my own financing but Grayson BMW offered more competitive BMW financing rates. Done deal! I was going to pay a large downpayment-the finance manager suggested I could invest the downpayment amount (my own choice of options) and most likely earn more interest/return $ than I would save by paying down my low interest loan. Great suggestion.
I'm glad I made the drive-then the Product Expert (BMW Genius) offered to go over the major features. He scheduled a follow-up a few weeks later to go over questions (second delivery.) Excellent service! Great buying experience.

It is not often that I'm moved to write an on-line review. I reserve those efforts for notably good and bad experiences. In this case, it's the former. I went to United BMW to test drive a 530i - one of four vehicles that I was considering. Knowing no better, I parked at the Pre-owned Car area of the dealership and had the great fortune of meeting Mr. Charles Reed. He asked me what I was looking for and indicated that we would have to travel to the newly-built New Car lot, about 1/2 mile up the road. Charles found a car that matched my stated requirements and off we went. His knowledge of the vehicle, his ability to compare and contrast it with the other vehicles that I was considering, and his general demeanor were exceptional. At no time that I feel that Charles was "selling me a car". In my opinion, he was simply ensuring that I had an excellent experience during my test drive. That type of customer service is note-worthy. I believe that he truly enjoyed telling me about this excellent vehicle as much as I enjoyed test driving it. The positive experience continued when I was introduced to Dimitri Gossieaux. Dimitri asked the right questions, understood my position, made no attempt at any type of pressure (e.g., "what can I do to put you in this car today?" type of crap), and politely, but enthusiastically, told me what steps I would need to take to move forward with a lease. For several good reasons, I leased the vehicle. Lastly, my travel schedule precluded me from picking up the car during normal business hours. I would have to wait two weeks. Charles volunteered to meet me on his own time on a Sunday evening, so that I could begin experiencing my new BMW - that is the definition of above and beyond. If you're in the market for a new (or used) BMW, find Charles and tell him that Steve sent you!
We recently needed some service work done on our 2011 Toyota Highlander and needed a change from the service at a dealer closer to our home se we decided to give AutoNation Toyota Thornton Road a try. What a refreshing change of pace. We were greeted warmly and treated extremely well. The type of work needed required the car to be in the shop a few days which was expected. The service team went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of during that time and called us several times to give us the latest updates on the progress. I am not sure that in 30+ years of owning cars that I have ever received a call just to update me on a repair status. Fantastic customer care! The work was completed in the time promised and things with the vehicle are just like new again. I would highly recommend AutoNation Toyota Thornton Road Service Department and will go out of my way to do business there in the future
Creme de la creme of Sales! My BMW sales person, Alex Tanjga is the best on the planet! His customer service skills are amazing. His communication is clear and concise, devoid of double speak! His moral compass is totally ALIGNED- not a sleeze ball sales person. Hid dedication to the customer is unmatched and refreshing. He is very receptive to "the customer's" wants, needs and goes above and beyond! My interaction with Mr. Tanjga was a pleasant surprise and I highly recommend him.
Characteristics: Kind, honest, sense of humor, Doesn't Sell Dreams and will work "hard" to get the best deal.

I'm not a car person, but I LOVE driving the certified 2014 A5 I bought in December 2016 from Rockville Audi. I did a Wash/Baltimore area search on cars in stock and the pros & cons of certified vs. not certified so when I saw my car listed, I thought it was a fair price. I then did a quick online review of the dealership (I didn't want an adversarial experience) and saw that Maria Cokinos had good reviews. Basically, I made to deal over the phone, I showed up three hours later on Dec. 23rd and I drove off with my 'new car.' The words I will use to describe the experience are: fair, respectful, a win-win. I really do love driving the car, buying it was a positive experience and I appreciate Maria's follow-up to make sure I'm comfortable with the car. I recommend Rockville Audi, no hard sale from the finance manager, Maria was great and I'd bet the others on the sales team are real pros too.
We recently purchased a 535i GT and wanted to establish a good service relationship with a quality dealer. This BMW dealership was the closest to us, but wasn't in the best neighborhood. I feel foolish now for considering that as a factor and even a little embarrassed. The experience couldn't have been more pleasant, from scheduling to completion. The service techs were all friendly and very cordial. The facility was exceptionally clean and comfortable. I can't remember the last time i left a service visit feeling good. I was very satisfied.

The Westgate Auto Group, specifically RollsRoyce Motors of Raleigh, was found to be professional, informative, and a joy to work with. John Overton proved to be beyond accommodating to me in the purchase of my 2018 Lexus LC 500. John???s sales acumen and no pressure demeanor was ideal, and was greatly appreciated. Don (Finance Director) was equally outstanding and made the paperwork aspect of the transaction smooth and trouble free. Prince (Sales) was very helpful with the vehicle test drive and was very knowledgeable and helpful. I traveled from Central Florida to Raleigh to test drive and purchase this vehicle and have no regrets in doing so. I would highly recommend Westgate to family and friends to satisfy any of their vehicle purchase needs. I now have a beautiful car and great memories of the buying experience thanks to the outstanding staff members of Westgate. This team earns my gratitude and commendation.

Sales: Adam and Michael went above and beyond to provide us with specific information about the 2016 Beetle Dune prior to our purchase. They were experienced, knowledgeable and professional. We appreciated their honesty and sincerity during the buying process and definitely were treated with courtesy and respect. We are very happy with our purchase and give a nod to Joe and the detailer from service who stayed late to finish paperwork and make sure we drove home in a beautiful, clean car! I started going to Coggin BMW Treasure Coast to have my 2008 335xi serviced because Goggin is the closest dealership to my home in Vero Beach. My service adviser (Ernie, who is no longer there) was very honest, straightforward and always looking out for the customer. I was very impressed. Ernie referred me to Richard Guide as an outstanding sales adviser when I mentioned we might be looking for a replacement for our 2008 model. Richard turned out to be as honest, straightforward and always looking out for the customer's best interests as Ernie had been. We just purchased our 2018 440ix and we couldn't be happier with the car and our experience with Richard. Purchasing a new car is often a painful experience. Dealing with Richard was a pleasure.
