I've had the 2025 X3 30 now for 5 months and it is great! It replaces our 2022 X3 that was recently totaled and both passenger walked away with just bruises so it is a safe car! This is one reason I purchased another X3. Big difference on the interior panel than the 2022 as everything has gone to touch screen for all controls which I not real fond about, even the owners manual is on the touchscreen software, The twin turbo gives plenty of power and the gas milage has improved from the older model. The gears change smoothly and the ride is also smooth. You now get a spare tire since BMW did away with the run flat tires which I hated as they did not wear great. The accessories offered in their package covers everything you want in an auto. I don't understand why the rear exhaust are hidden though as I like the chrome exhaust on my old 2022. This year the 3 was redesigned and it is slightly bigger.

Emailed back and forth with this dealer, they were great answering questions quickly and thoroughly. Even though I didn’t buy from them, they were a pleasure to deal with.

Let me start off by saying JOHN (in service) is the real deal. He is the only reason I would come back to BMW & Elmhurst. Every encounter I had at this dealership he made it feel like my car was fresh off the showroom floor. His professionalism & attitude was great even when mine may not have been. Once again when I buy my next BMW and it will be at Elmhurst BMW, it will be because of John and sorry salesman I’m dealing with John on that purchase even if he is in service!!!!!!!!

WOW! what a great experience, Rarely do I leave a review but couldn't resist this time. Truly a outstanding family affair experience. I met six professional minded individuals who treated me as I was one of their family. Started with my salesmen Marvin who took me from the get go then greeted me with his sales manager Alfonson upon my arrival. Met the President and many other dealership personnel with everyone was so pleasant. You heard me right Car buying made enjoyable. Oh the Car purchase, Porsche C4S Targa was under rated by the sales person as not a perfect used vehicle. He was wrong, the car is in the best shape car I have ever purchased. We upgraded my SUV and traded in at this dealer. The first person I spoke with, Shelby, was super nice. The next person we worked with, Caden, ended up being our sales person. He went through a virtual appointment with us since we were over an hour away. The next day, we drove out to the dealership and traded in my current SUV to a newer one. Caden was also super nice and apologized several times because another client showed up early, overlapping our appointment. We appreciated having a sales person that was down to earth and welcoming.

Kenny Weber Provided phenomenal service, including multiple videos, answers to my questions, and assistance with getting the best financing rate available. Gage the salesperson was a bit overzealous, Ernesto, the sales manager, was a bit more believable. The car was beautiful but imperfect in that the wheels were badly scuffed. The CarFax was outdated. I don’t need a car, so I can afford to be picky.

Ryan was nice, professional and to the point. Everything was done as expected. They washed my car which has never happened in my past experience at the dealership.

Our experience there was great. Everyone would cheerfully answer our questions. Our sales person Sheila Passmore really took a lot of time explaining the workings of the car. We still have questions, but Sheila said that we could bug her anytime (we will try not to). She is such a helpful person. The whole purchase was made easy and relaxed, no pressure and no rush at anytime. We have dealt with the Defouw dealership since 2014 and have always had really good sevice.
