New and used 2025 BMW X3 for sale near Sachse, TX

Very professional service. Whole process a bit slow due to unfreezing of credit. But got a great car at a fair price.

I've had the 2025 X3 30 now for 5 months and it is great! It replaces our 2022 X3 that was recently totaled and both passenger walked away with just bruises so it is a safe car! This is one reason I purchased another X3. Big difference on the interior panel than the 2022 as everything has gone to touch screen for all controls which I not real fond about, even the owners manual is on the touchscreen software, The twin turbo gives plenty of power and the gas milage has improved from the older model. The gears change smoothly and the ride is also smooth. You now get a spare tire since BMW did away with the run flat tires which I hated as they did not wear great. The accessories offered in their package covers everything you want in an auto. I don't understand why the rear exhaust are hidden though as I like the chrome exhaust on my old 2022. This year the 3 was redesigned and it is slightly bigger.

Always the best place for purchasing and maintenance. Wonderful Employees very helpful. My car is always well taken care. The place is relaxing and accommodating.

Service Associate, Reynoldo, was excellent! He was quite friendly and helpful. I appreciated the time he took to assist me with my two toddlers when we arrived. He was caring and thoughtful. Another Associate, Charles, was also quite friendly and helpful. While I am ready to trade in my 2029, 740i, he was quite helpful with getting the information to my husband regarding the new 7 series models. My husband isn't ready but I do appreciate Charles putting that bug in his ear!! 😀 Overall I am totally satisfied with my car service. All items were addressed. The video from the mechanic was clear and informative. My only issue was the rental car associates. On my return date, I walked over to the counter with my two toddlers ( ages 3 & 5). I was taken aback when not only was i not addressed upon stepping up to the counter, but my 3yr old who kept loudly saying "Hi" was totally ignored. There were three young men standing there behind tge counter talking. All three refused to acknowledge us. I asked for assistance returning the vehicle and I was met with quite cold treatment. I would suggest someone reach out to the rental car crew and educate them in customer service! Thank you BMW of Murrieta! Service Dept and mechanical worker are steller!!! Let's try to bring the Rental Car crew up to speed.

After four BMW's over 25 years at Santa Monica BMW, I think I am a fine representative to write. a review on them. I never purchased a vehicle from them, always somewhere else. However, always serviced my car there... 1) a 2012 328i hardtop convertible, 2) a 2014 328 Sportwagon, 3) a 2012 328i 6 cyclinder sportwagon, and 4) a 2019 X3 S30i. My favorite of the bunch was the engine of the X3, the sport suspension of the 2014 sportwagion, and the best torque was the 6-cyclider 2012 Sportwagon. Overall favorite is the newest X3... what a car. After all these years, I only had one issue..I was promised a car detail if I did a review of the service rep's work before my car was done, and after when I brought it up, he acted like he didn't know what I was talking about... Lesson: GET IT IN WRITING, ALWAYS! Just because they"recommend" something you don't need to do it. Remember that. Overall, it is a great delealership in my eyes. I would go here vs.Beverly Hills BMW any day!

Our experience there was great. Everyone would cheerfully answer our questions. Our sales person Sheila Passmore really took a lot of time explaining the workings of the car. We still have questions, but Sheila said that we could bug her anytime (we will try not to). She is such a helpful person. The whole purchase was made easy and relaxed, no pressure and no rush at anytime. We have dealt with the Defouw dealership since 2014 and have always had really good sevice.

This was by far the best car purchase experience in all of my decades of purchase cars. This experience starts with, Brandon who was delightful to have help us. He wasn't pushy and genuinely took his time answering every question so we felt valued. You do not see this in other car sale establishments. It was refreshing!! Brandon spent a lot of time doing everything to meet our needs and he and Jordon (his manager) made it happen! We can not rave enough about Brandon and the team behind the scenes that put our deal together. Service was meticulous in evaluating all systems in my 2024 X3. It took a bit longer given the tech’s care in documenting everything but it gave me confidence in the vehicle and the West Herr dealership. Highly recommend them.
