First time purchasing a M Series, the seats are very comfortable. It handles well so far, we'll see how it does during the winter months. It accelerates nicely and curves are delightful. Love the spoiler and little extra details the M series has. My only complaint is it would have been nice to have all weather tires instead of summer tires. Not sure, why since this area has four seasons. The buying process isn't too bad, just depends on your situation. I usually get a new car, this was presented to me and such an upgrade and decent deal from my previous BMW, couldn't turn it down.

You always judge the dealership by the quality of service and this is where BMW of Fairfax in my view above all in the area. They have a very professional and motivated team and they really take care of your car. I feel comfortable dropping it off because I know they will take care of it the same as I would. Konrad, the Manager of Service Department is a great leader. As for my buying experience, I prefer to build my car myself. I do not need much assistance except placing an order and taking the delivery. Petr is the expert with years of experience and passion. my car needed a lot of work and they told me which ones were strictly necessary. I looked at other prices from other car repair shops and the dealerships prices were very competitive. I felt more confident using the BMW shop to get my repairs. They were very responsive and helpful I made a mistake by bringing the car in on the wrong day and they were able to help me out. Overall, I have confidence in the BMW dealership and the service managers.

Wonderful customer service! Harold Shelby was so helpful to me to resolve some issues I was having. He truly went the extra mile. Amit Thanki helped me with the computer systems and seems to be all knowing in explaining the sometimes complicated on board system and making sure everything is properly set up. I drove a bit of a distance to see Harold and Amit and would gladly do it again to receive the quality customer service I was given. Bravo!

Ron Askew got me in and out without any problems . This was my 4th bmw dealership that I had gone to, and Ron kept it straight up and told me about the vehicle, I took it on a test drive and loved it, he let me know what the numbers are right away and fought for a lower number that I was wanting to get, he was very good and straight forward man, I highly suggest you come to him for any help buying your future car at BMW Silver Springs
