Great experience with Peter who actually brought my car home so I could drive the new car home. I've never seen that service before.

I have been going to BMW Midlothian for the past 4 years for my BMW X1 and the Service Advisor, Tim Peterson, is professional, knowledgeable, honest and polite. I have gone to other BMW Dealerships for service but BMW outshines them all. They resolve any problems I have had and if a part needs to be ordered, they have gotten it quickly.

We just bought a BMW Xi from BMW of Warwick. Our salesman Vito is the BEST!! This is the second car Vito sold to us (the first was a BMW 230i convertible thata we still own) and Vito took great care of us throughout the process both times. Our BMW Genius David gave us a great tutorial on the new X-seris dashboard (no small task!). And Erin in financing made the pruchase process as painless as possible. Great services from the whole crew at BMW of Dallas. I went shopping for a Lexus but walked out frustrated by the care or lack of it by Sewell. A BMW was not even on my radar. They treated me with respect and kindness plus I found the car to be superior to what I was looking for. Many more options than the car I originally went in search for. Recently has service on my BMW at North Haven BMW, the people who work there Megan, Oraine, and Andrew are all so nice and helpful and explain what they will do and what to expect cost wise.
