I recently brought my new 2025 Lexus NX 250 Premium in for its first scheduled maintenance, and the experience at Lexus of Tampa Bay was absolutely flawless from start to finish. I especially appreciated the transparency?there was no pressure or upselling, just a clear focus on what my vehicle needed. The communication throughout the service was top-notch; I received a text update and a detailed video inspection from the technician, which gave me incredible peace of mind. The waiting lounge was immaculate and comfortable, but I barely had time to enjoy it as my vehicle was ready right on schedule. It was returned to me freshly washed and vacuumed, looking even better than when I dropped it off. It's this consistent attention to detail that sets Lexus of Tampa Bay apart. Own a 2020 x3m competition . Bought it brand new. Not one problem to date 4/16/2025 Just like any vehicle....stay up on your maintenance and oil changes , tire pressure etc. all good love this car!

I love my 2020 x3m. I will own this until the wheels fall off and replace it with another x3m. The gas mileage at 19.5 miles a gallon is the only bummer but it’s well worth it.

I’ve owned a 2020 x3m competition since the month they were released. First let me knock out rough ride thing. If you ride on the stock Conti summer tires all the time, yes it can be rough. I switched to to Michelin all weather after 11,000 miles and it made a huge difference! A much better more comfortable ride Side note: when I would swap Conti to winter tires also a huge difference! The stock summer tires that come on the car are incredible for handling on a track which the car was made for but, the car feels much better with Michelin all sports all seasons. This car makes me happy every time I drive it ! So much fun to drive!

Absolutely love this SUV. Had a M340i and it was quick, but this X3 M Competition is wicked. Love the quickness and the firm ride. Glad I made the switch. Lots of talk about the firmness and the rigid handling, but try one and see for yourself.

Yes, it’s crazy powerful but you can definitely tame it to be a fully enjoyable ride for everyday use. I look forward to many years with my new X3M!

I've driven many makes of quality cars throughout my life and have had many experiences with a multitude of dealers and service centers. Prior to Prestige Audi my best experience was with a Volvo dealer/service center, but the folks at Prestige have exceeded even them. I purchased my Q7 five years ago from Prestige and have had it serviced there ever since - and I have been 100% pleased with those decisions. It's been an extremely reliable car and I've consistently received the best service I could ever hope for, let alone expect.
