Own a 2020 x3m competition . Bought it brand new. Not one problem to date 4/16/2025 Just like any vehicle....stay up on your maintenance and oil changes , tire pressure etc. all good love this car!

I've had my X3M40i for 1 year and love it. Absolutely no problems at all. Just had my 1 year oil change and the oil was still clean. I highly recommend this vehicle !

The car performs well on the highway and has significant acceleration for Interstate driving. Ample room for vacation trips to take luggage and golf clubs.

Plenty of space. Smooth when driving on the road with pot holes etc. The panorama roof is very nice to have as it opens up the inside of the car and let’s so much better light in. Creates more space.

Love my car! Got the Metallic Carbon Black with dark front grill and Oyster leather interior. Fits me like a glove. Easy to drive and handles very well. I do not care for the auto shut off at stop lights. They couldn’t get the chip to delete that so it is what it is. If I put it into sport drive mode, it doesn’t do it. Also couldn’t get passenger lumbar, due to no chip, and I do miss that. Great on gas too!

I love my 2020 x3m. I will own this until the wheels fall off and replace it with another x3m. The gas mileage at 19.5 miles a gallon is the only bummer but it’s well worth it.

This is a great dealership!! I’ve owned a 2020 x3m competition since the month they were released. First let me knock out rough ride thing. If you ride on the stock Conti summer tires all the time, yes it can be rough. I switched to to Michelin all weather after 11,000 miles and it made a huge difference! A much better more comfortable ride Side note: when I would swap Conti to winter tires also a huge difference! The stock summer tires that come on the car are incredible for handling on a track which the car was made for but, the car feels much better with Michelin all sports all seasons. This car makes me happy every time I drive it ! So much fun to drive!

While they were appraising my trade-in, they handed me a tablet with a car configurator. Built a mint green ASX while I waited—way better than sitting around. When it was time to talk numbers, everything was clear and upfront. No “let’s circle back” games.
