This review is for sales. I live in Northern California but found a car that was optioned the way that I wanted at Sterling. I started an online chat and reached Joseph, the internet sales manager. He was an exceptional sales person throughout the entire experience. We quickly got to a very good price with no pressure or haggling and he walked me through all of my lease options. I really appreciated that as it was my first lease. Joseph was very responsive to all of my questions and requests and never hesitated to provide excellent service. I visited the Beverly Hills BMW Customer Service Center for the first time yesterday. I had made a reservation, but on the way there I got into an accident and arrived about 40 minutes late. Since I was too late for my appointment, they processed me as a walk-in instead. Although I had to wait a little, overall the service was very friendly and pleasant. Iqbal Gill was my representative. He is prompt and effective.
