Used 2022 BMW X5 sDrive40i for sale near Bradbury, CA

I visited the Beverly Hills BMW Customer Service Center for the first time yesterday. I had made a reservation, but on the way there I got into an accident and arrived about 40 minutes late. Since I was too late for my appointment, they processed me as a walk-in instead. Although I had to wait a little, overall the service was very friendly and pleasant. Iqbal Gill was my representative. He is prompt and effective.

Our 2022 X5 was a beautiful car to us. Unfortunately it didn't work for us as my wife is handicapped and found it difficult to get in and out of - it's higher than one would expect and came to realize the seats are more inboard than other cars that are direct competitors. The 3 inch door sill was almost like a running board and contributed to her struggles. Even though we had the multi-contour seats, we found the lower cushion seat side bolsters too firm for any drive more than an hour. The seat back was fine. While driving around town and 2 lanes was great, it didn't track as well on the highway as one would expect, even after an alignment (it was off at delivery). Our old Volvos were much better in that regard. The positives include the exterior and interior design/layout, the quality, ride, handling and power. It also still has a few buttons, albeit a bit small when driving. The headlights were awesome and the gas mileage was better than expected, 21 around town and 28+ on the highway. Our situation is unique, and after 7 months we sold the car to a tall, able bodied couple.

Let me tell you, first we met Joe our sale guy. He super friendly and knowledgeable. The mechanic guy, super nice and friendly, his name is Kelvin, came and talks to us about our trade and he give us a reasonable price on our trade, plus he brought us some cold water bottles for us as we waiting for our final person that we needed to talks to in regarding our purchase. The last but not the least was Raven, the finance department. She knowledgeable and friendly as well. She go over our purchase agreement and finance paper work. Overall, Crown Lexus of Ontario, meet and exceed our car buying experience. So if you ever need a new car, I would definitely recommended Crown Lexus of Ontario. They have a great, friendly, and knowledgeable team to guide you thru the in buying your new dream car. Only had the X5 for 4 weeks now but so far it is an awesome vehicle that runs and drives great. It appears to be very well built with good body lines and fit. Some of the safety features and electronic systems take some time to get set up properly for the best driving experience but the reward is well worth the time as everything is customizable for two drivers. Only bad thing is that a mower along the roadside threw a stone and put a chip in our paint and the paint isn’t self healing.

This dealership went way over the top to meet our needs during Covid. From GM Peter King to the front desk reps, this is a Customer Comes First shop.

The listing indicated the vehicle had been in an accident. I emailed the dealer asking for the details. I received a reply that did not address the accident. I renewed my request. I received another reply from a different agent that did not address the accident. I renewed my request again and this agent promptly sent me the Carfax. He was very responsive and while after looking at the Carfax I decided to pass, I asked him to keep an eye out for the vehicle I am looking for.

We had a great experience with Pacific BMW. The car we purchased was beautiful and we got a great deal for it. The only negative part of the purchase was the actual buying process. It took a little longer than we expected and maybe it could have been a bit more streamlined. But in the end, the car was worth the wait.
