Used 2023 BMW X5 sDrive40i for sale near Diamond Bar, CA

We had a great experience with Pacific BMW. The car we purchased was beautiful and we got a great deal for it. The only negative part of the purchase was the actual buying process. It took a little longer than we expected and maybe it could have been a bit more streamlined. But in the end, the car was worth the wait.

Very comfortable, with massaging seats plus heated and cooled seats. I’m not sure that it’s a great value because it is expensive. The adaptive cruise control and the lane keeping work very well and almost make it self-driving.

Salesman, Gregory had great customer service and explained features of vehicle thoroughly before we left with our new car. Dealership handled all the financing quickly and easily

I purchased a used Mercedes-Benz E55 AMG from the Carmax in Costa Mesa, CA about a month ago. I started out by calling the Carmax and reaching a sales agent. She worked with me by setting aside the car so that I could fly down to pick it up. She picked me up from the airport about 15 miles away from their dealership. When I saw the car, I found some minor cosmetic issues with the car and Carmax assured me that they would repair them at my local Carmax in Roseville, CA. I will be writing a review about that Carmax as well. They issued me a form stating repairs to be done at my local dealership. I informed the salesperson that I would be pushing the car a bit and she was fine with it. After the test drive, the car seemed to be in great condition, so we headed in for the paperwork. The appearance inside of the dealership building did not convey a welcoming feeling though. It felt like a warehouse with desks in it. The people within the building were nice and friendly though. The paperwork was pretty quick as I already had a loan check from the credit union. It took about 30 minutes and then I was on my way. Overall, I would say the experience was positive.

This dealership was honest and up front with me. I was interested in a truck. I sent a email about it, they responded very quickly and seemed interested in assisting. Before I got to the dealer the truck was sold. No problem with that. Someone got their first. What I liked is the dealer let me know before making a 80 mile drive the truck was gone. I recommend this place.

Great service from Tim Soeung and Jorge Solis. They worked hard to understand the car that I wanted, within the budget, offering flexible options that suited my needs.

BMW of Monrovia team was outstanding! Yury is fantastic and made everything easy and without a fuss - all we had to do was show up and sign. Customer service was fantastic and everyone went above and beyond. Would definitely recommend this location to anyone looking.

The people always greet you when you walk in and my sales person MARLENE TAPIE is exceptional. When I go, I track her down. She really listens to her customers needs and does not waste their time, in fact she puts in all of her time to assist her customers in whatever way she can. She is extremely kind and helpful. I just had a service performed at Crevier BMW with John Thatcher. Been going there for 13+ years and worked with John almost exclusively. Of all the service advisors I have had the pleasure working with at multiple dealers and different brands, John is the best, friendliest and most knowledgeable person.

Highly recommend Sami!!!! came here to look at a car but left with a different car that I’ve been wanting. So I’ve been here a few times before just to look since I live closer to BMW Monrovia, this time I left with a freakin new M3! Because of Sami, I will only be coming to New Century. DMV required me to bring auto in for a recall correction called out on license renewal registration. The appointment was established/processed in a proper Manner. The work was performed in an effective timely way- I was delighted and pleased with the entire experience… service was first rate indeed.
