Very comfortable, with massaging seats plus heated and cooled seats. I’m not sure that it’s a great value because it is expensive. The adaptive cruise control and the lane keeping work very well and almost make it self-driving.

I was searching a lot of dealers and was looking for a car that I could afford. Voytek was great, asked us what we were looking for in a new car. Then eliminated things we weren’t interested in. Gave us multiple options to choose from and let us decide what we wanted. Voytek didn’t try pushing us into a higher price just let us choose what we wanted and were happy with. He listened and instead of pushing something we didn’t want. He was great, definitely cone back when we need another vehicle.

Mr. Tate was very professional and we liked him a lot. Good story and set-up to buy tire/rim package. Lots of pressure to buy that. Got us with one key upon leaving after transaction was done. Keys usually run around 500.00 and can be negotiated, so watch out for that. It was not disclosed to us that the car came with one key! That was a miss in our part and we should have known better. Because of having only one key it hinders me from using BMW ID as you need both keys for that. Overall, happy with the car.
