He very professionally and kindly welcomed by 20 year old son into the conversation, via a phone call, once I shared that he was my ?purchasing consultant.? Naeem?s ability to work with both my husband, me and my son was so awesome. He respected where we were and helped make the transaction easy and great. All the work my son had done was respected and validated, a treat for us as parents.

I went in for a recall and the work was done as required with no issues. I feel the work was done properly and on time as stated.

Amazing experience buying IX from Bill Jacobs. Michael Fontana was fantastic in hand holding me along the way - all while making a virtual purchase! BMW issued a temporary recall block on this and many other similar vehicles and the purchase was held for more than a week. Among other things, Michael would update me the status on a daily basis and promptly facilitated the purchase right after the recall fix. I received the car yesterday and it looks more fabulous than I what I expected! Thanks again to Michael, April and the rest of folks at Bill Jacobs.

Great experience at Bill Jacobs BMW. Christian Johnson was fantastic through the entire process. He was informative and not overbearing as I explored my options early in the year. It made the experience just right. After the order was in, he kept me updated through the months. Delivery was the best part, of course, with me finally getting my car. Yet Christian added to it, creating a great experience. Call out to the whole team, but also wanted to say April Gutierrez, the Finance Manager was extremely prepared, and incredibly pleasant. Whenever my vehicle needs service I take it here. The service managers are really good to work with and I really appreciate them sending videos to my phone so I can see exactly what the technician is seeing. Pricing could be better and I think the 3% service charge on credit cards is nickel and diming customers otherwise they would get 5 stars.

I absolutely loved my service from Zeigler of Orland Park. I drove 2hours away from the the location and received excellent service. Grant and Colleen were exceptional and had all my paper work ready for me to sign. When I test drove the car Colleen made sure I had a full tank of gas before leaving.
