Loved this car, had all the features and horsepower that I expected. Very roomy and would recommend this car. A little high on price, but a good investment.

It's a great car but you have to make sure the maintenance is done. That's why I purchased the maintenance program. You cant beat 2k for 3 years worth of maintenance. BMW has the game rigged with that deal. Then Anthony zabala over at BMW of Ontario makes the whole process so much better.
Northwest BMW has the best team of sales, technology experts, and finance I’ve ever encountered. However, there are two that are truly exemplary - Karen Anderson and David Brown. Owned 2006 535xi so time for a new car. Test drove 6 other comparable SUV's thinking I would change brands but nothing drives like a BMW. As a Realtor vehicle is comfortable for my clients, technology assist in safe driving and BMW style. My highest recommendation.

Love this suv in the Phytonic blue color and the v8. So many options inside to configure how you want it. Love the wireless car play and charging tray, massage seats, heated steering and seats. I like that I can set up as an option to have it lock and Unlock upon approach. Great storage compared to Audi. Love all the usb/usbc outlets.
Stereo system in b and Wilson edition is superb. The ride is quick, responsive and quiet. One of the quirks I’m not fond of or used to is the corrected steering,I had to turn it nearly off. It’s nearly scary if you go over even the slightest line in a road. I also wish all car makers would allow you to permanently turn off the auto start like Volvo has done. I’d like my heated steering and seats like my Audi to remain on after turning the car off and back on so I don’t have to push a bunch of buttons upon starting each cold morning. The laser headlights are gorgeous on any color. I don’t care for the crystal shifter. It’s gorgeous but it’s sharp feeling, not smooth like the free option. I like the look of the glass control knobs and would of just liked it to be standard. Hot and cold cup holders are a nice option and yes it maintains the warmth of the cup. It’s very loaded with modern options in comparison to the Audi, Volvo and Mercedes.
This is an excellent machine for hauling small families around town. I bought a used one at 23k miles. It’s diesel, and gets 30miles hwy and 27miles combined, with eco mode and and full tank, saves 12miles additional miles, most I ever saved. Performance is great too but you have to put it on sport mode to get a real BMW experience. There’s minor outside noise with moon roof fully opened but you get an airy cabin feel and the views are great. Navigation is very poor, I never managed to put directions while driving and mine is very outdated, it’ll cost $250 for an upgrade. Head up display is very small. If lean your head off the upright position it goes away. Here are my pros and cons.
PROS: Perfomance never disappoints, with adaptive rear suspension you get truly altimate driving machine
Auto hold and Eco mode combined, good value for your money.
This is the best Diesel engine i have ever owned
CONS: Great infotainment with poor iPhone intergration. Sometimes it won’t play Apple Music, you have to dig down and do numerous reboots to have it display Pandora.
Eco Mode is great but ride feel is severely compromised
Additional options and extended warranties can skyrocket the price very quickly.
This is a great car and would recommend it to anyone. No maintenance issues hear to report.
Advisor, Nick, was great getting me in on a Saturday. I’m glad he could duplicate the problem. He also arranged a ride for me even though a shuttle doesn’t technically run on Saturdays. The car is under warranty so no issues with costs.

This car is spacious sporty and luxurious. Great for transporting grandchildren, commuting to work, and for leisurely driving. This car is loaded with options and is very user friendly
Loved my sales rep. Most pressure you big time to buy. She did not. She answered all my questions, but did not make me feel like I had to buy the car or else as every other dealer I visited did. For that was the main reason I purchased my car there, and I would go back in a heartbeat to get another car in the future.

Purchased this truck with only 11,000 miles.....besides Regular maintence (tires and brakes etc) never had to put too much money into repairs UNTIL truck hit 60,000....miles....I practically live in the mechanic's shop

After several bad experiences with trying to buy a used car at other dealers, and after an especially bad morning event that day, I responded to an online ad via text from my car. Within minutes Jason had responded to me via text, and we arranged a trip to the dealer. Jason was very easy to deal with, understood our primary needs in a car, was willing to negotiate, and even took care of a minor upholstery repair. The really excellent service followed over the next week, when the car unexpectedly developed locking and battery issues. We took the car back in for repair, and everything was repaired and covered as part of the original sale. While it was being repaired, Jason called me every day to update me as to the status, and this was without question the best service I have ever had from a dealer. I think what I valued the most was I was treated with utmost respect during the entire process. If I could give 10 stars, I would!

lots of leg room, smooth ride, love the sound system, not a bulky car, very speedy car, enough room for luggage and family. love the safety features and the heads up display.
This dealership has been a pleasure to work with. We bought a used vehicle on a Saturday afternoon. They helped keep my 4 children busy while we filled out all the paperwork and worked the deal. This XUV met me needs for a sporty utility vehicle with plenty of rear seat room. Quick from the start, handles great. Apple Connect was a plus.
I recently purchased a 2013 BMW X5 that I found on cars.com. I live nearly 900 miles from this dealership and never thought about purchasing a vehicle this far away. They had several pictures online but I wanted to know more and had a lot of questions. Jason went above and beyond to answer my questions and even put together a video of a walk around of the car highlighting key features. I was not driving that far unless I had intentions on leaving with it. We were able to work the deal out on the phone so I headed that way. I was prepared to find some hidden flaws or something that wasn’t quite like I was told and I didn’t mind leaving without it. When I arrived at the dealership I drove around looking for the car. I didn’t see it anywhere, I thought (he’s done sold that car). I walked into the dealership and my first thought was (this is nice!) it was clean and reflected professionalism. I still wanted to know where my car was, Jason was tied up with another customer so another staff member met me. I thought he was another salesman but come to find out he was the General Manager and the only way I found that out is by the website. Still where is my car? He kindly said come with me. Come to find out they had another little showroom on the side and it was parked in there. When I seen the car it was far nicer then the pictures presented and when Jason told me it was immaculate that was an understatement. It was spotless and waiting on me. Jason said they put it there to keep others from asking and to have it ready for me. I knew then it was mine, ok up to this point it was awesome but it gets better. The entire dealership was first class and the way they treated me and my family you would have thought I was buying the most expensive car BMW ever made. Every staff member I encountered was super friendly and professional. This was by far the best car buying experience I’ve ever had. If they have anything you are remotely interested in I strongly recommend to reach out to them.

X5 D Xdrive. Most every option including Dynamic Handling Package. We get nearly 35 mpg with a 5,000 lb truck! We pull a 5,500 boat with ease. Mind you we stick to the right lanes and keep the speed down to around 60. This is a very comfortable people mover and a strong work truck when needed. We had problems with either tires rims or both early on but thats corrected and rides smooth like a BMW should. Very pleased overall.
Exceptionally clean, one owner vehicle and no expense spread making this vehicle one my husband will love for a long long time. Fran Meyers is hard working and attentive and gets my kudos.

Great luxury SUV. Fit and finish in the 5.0 is premium. Brakes aren’t as bitey as I had hoped but likely due to the auto start/stop regeneration features. Tech is simple and intuitive. Great all around vehicle.
I first off want to start off by Saying Max Moyer who works in sales is the real deal convinced me to switching to BMW from Lexus he is the most detailed and knowledgeable about BMW cars and does everything to make the process of buying a car quick in easy I spent a total of 2 hours buying my car. After looking at all the high end suvs out there I bought the X5. Love the interior buttons and touchscreen. It’s nice to have both. The smaller engine produces plenty of power. Ambient lighting is gorgeous inside at night. This suv has so many extra features and is way more modern than the Audi, Volvo and Mercedes we compared them to. But it you won’t regret it
