Hi the dealership is wonderful as the staff are extremely knowledgeable and they have great service, but the only thing that hurts them is the price. The cars are thousands of dollars higher than other place I looked so did not buy from the dealer.

First time buying a car online. The most awesome experience ever. Salesman, Adrian was very responsive to texts and phone calls. He went out of his way to make sure I had no worries. He even dealt with a couple of "psycho moments"....lol Great personality for sure! Even responded to text on his days off! (Sorry Adrian) The car is beautiful and looks brand new!

Chris Jurgens was fantastic, straightforward, fair, and easy to work with. The whole process was super smooth. Overall very good experience. Gary was great waiting for me to close at the end. A lot of sales reps around. Couple of issues on line items not being correct but they accepted the mistake. Big area for improvement is the lack of privacy when negotiating and discussions on prices. I don?t need the neighbor next door to know or other sales reps. Sitting out in the open makes sense when you are finalizing paperwork for financing etc.
