It's all about the customer service!

I spent 5 months test driving new cars, 2016. I test drove so many it became 2017. I dealt with many dealerships, sales people, makes and models from Kias to Lexus. But, when it came down to me plunking down the dough, it was the customer service that sold me, not the car. None of the cars really spoke to me and some of the sales people rubbed me the wrong way or didn't know their product. But that was not the case with RBM of Atlanta. Steve "Shupak" Szczupak is a warm friendly and funny person who genuinely cares about his customers. And he knows the Mercedes'. He should he has been selling them for a long, long time. Several of the sales people came and went when I returned to test drive a car again. Granted Steve sold my husband a Mercedes back in 2010, but he has been there for him ever since. My husband is not an needy as I am when it comes to cars, so knowing that Steve would be there long after the sale was important to me. Steve has not disappointed. He has followed up with me several times to help me learn the car. Along with Casey and Mr. Finance (Sorry I can't think of his name) at the dealership are nice and helpful too. They made the process of buying the car mostly pain free. Watching those dollars leave the bank account was the most painful. LOL!
