I purchased a car though Guarenteed motor cars this year in March, in which I was looking for my first car. Up until the purchase, I was kindly greeted by Omar, which was my salesman, and he helped me along with buying my car with the interests I had in what I was looking for. After the fact, he offered me refreshments while I was waiting which was very nice of him to do. Because the dealership sells used cars, it’s not perfect condition which I was aware of, but they made sure my car was good with the engine, transmission, etc…, and that the car was clean and ready for me once the deal was done. Any concerns or questions I had, Omar and all of the other salespeople helped me out and made sure that what I was getting into was the best decision. And if I needed any kind of service done, they were going to take care of me, many other dealerships don’t do. Great prices, great cars, great people. Definitely recommend for anybody looking to buy their first car or even trade in their car for an upgrade

I found the perfect car -- a 2021 Porsche Macan GTS -- listed at a great price on Perillo BMW's website. Being from out of state (Pennsylvania), I reached out to the dealership remotely. At first, I hit some bumps with the initial sales consultant that responded; communication was slow and unhelpful. I almost walked away from the deal altogether. Thankfully, I called the dealership directly and got connected with Mike Fezatte, and that's when everything turned around. Mike was exceptional from the first conversation. He took the time to send me a few detailed walkaround videos of the car (even highlighting the rock chips), answered all of my questions promptly, and comes across as a genuinely good guy -- not pushy, just helpful and honest. I flew out to Chicago on a Saturday morning to complete the deal, and Mike even gave me a great local recommendation for Chicago pizza while the front office was finalizing the paperwork. The whole whole experience was smooth and I couldn't be happier with the car or the way I was treated. If you're considering a vehicle from Perillo BMW -- especially if you're buying from out of state -- do yourself a favor and ask for Mike Fezatte by name. I'm very glad I didn't let the poor start with the first consultant steer me away. Mike made it well worth the trip.

From the moment I walked in the door at Napleton Mercedes in Schererville until I drove out the lot with a brand new Mercedes, these folks treated me like a queen! Roger Buss and Tony Turco checked in with me a number of times. Roger set me up to work with Holly Avant...what an awesome, knowledgeable person she is! Holly answered every question I had and came up with a number of questions I didn't think to ask! Brandon took great care of me and ensured I was satisfied. The final thing that made it all the best car buying experience of my life was, Holly came out, set up my phone, made sure I knew how to operate it properly and then set up all my favorite channels on the satelite radio. Whenever my vehicle needs service I take it here. The service managers are really good to work with and I really appreciate them sending videos to my phone so I can see exactly what the technician is seeing. Pricing could be better and I think the 3% service charge on credit cards is nickel and diming customers otherwise they would get 5 stars.

I absolutely loved my service from Zeigler of Orland Park. I drove 2hours away from the the location and received excellent service. Grant and Colleen were exceptional and had all my paper work ready for me to sign. When I test drove the car Colleen made sure I had a full tank of gas before leaving. Definitely would recommend everyone I know to this location.
