Super comfortable, Powerful, Huge space, nice mileage(20-21 mpg), very reliable SUV. It was my first car and loved it from day 1. In 2016, Honda completely changed the Pilot design to be more sleek, which is amazing. I love the big rear view mirrors, hand rest, huge space. One is bound to fall in love with the car.
Working with Stacey was such a delight! this young lady went above and beyond to help me out before I even stepped foot in the dealership! she set me up to work directly with a sales associate, Pedro literally went out of his way and then some to insure I was getting exactly what I wanted andddd needed. This dealership is truly lucky to have such genuine people working for them. If and when I need a car again I know exactly who I'm asking for! Thanks again you too, loving my Honda Pilot!

Like a dream come true. Has e everything I was looking for in a luxury car and more. I had owned a Lincoln Town Car in the past and knew someday I would own another Lincoln. Have been buying nothing but Ford products for 30 years and see no reason to change.

Trouble with remote start. Bluelink not worth it

Bought the car used with 50k on it. Still in very good shape. A lot of added options. Most frustrating aspect of the car is homelink and blue link. Can’t not get car to sync with garage door. And can’t start the car from bluelink app
The 5.0 R Spec is a fast and Race handling.
Once I see what the problems are. Should be worth the 17k I paid for it.

This truck has more usb and power points than u can use . It does not ride like a truck even being a 4-wheel drive. The radio is smarter than me but give me time. In my opinion you can’t go wrong with this truck
What is the best experiences we have had in purchasing a car. Shannon was very helpful and we got the car we want. There was no pressure at all. This is the way carbines should be.

I've had the car for a week and so far am loving it. I love the way it looks and it drives - no sharp/jarring brakes or gas. Plenty of power when I need it, love the technology. The bluetooth phone pairing is really easy to set up and the audio quality is great - better than talking on the phone directly. It does a great job understanding regular speech the first time and I've not yet had to repeat a command, very intuitive. It has USB ports and regular chargers, Android Auto/Uconnect makes it easy to use all of your phone's familiar apps. I also like how you sit up a bit higher than most cars, helps with visibility. The one thing I wish it had was blind-spot monitoring. That would be helpful but overall for the price I can't complain.
I like sitting down at the desk and working with Charlotte and Matt in the service desk. It's more personable that way and they are able to look up my history on their computer and tell me if I have any special deals coming to me. They are both pleasant to work with and they are the reasons why I keep coming back to Joe Rizza Acura to have my service instead of the dealer where I bought my car from. I hate going thru the express. I hate having to stand outside of my car and explaining what I need to have done to my car and signing papers. It's not personable and I found myself juggling my purse and other items I had with me to sign the papers they handed me to sign in order to have my car service.

2017 Scat Pack R/T Hemi 392 Charger in Redline Red!!
This car was so sexy & fun to drive!
430+ wheel horsepower would pin you to the seat (if the tires would hook) yet feel like a 4-Cyl Accord while cruising at 75 on the Hwy. Decent gas mileage for a V-8, high horsepower car. Although it's hard not to floor it everywhere to hear the monstrous exhaust tone.
LOVE, LOVE, LOVE this car!
Purchased it by special order from the dealer for just under $40k it was an absolute bargain!
Sergio in service always takes great care of my vehicles and always makes sure I am very satisfied with the service performed on my cars. He is truly a great service writer and I ask for him whenever I need service. Great guy all around.

Controls difficult to access. Very poor visibility. Great gas mileage and then the brakes failed and I was almost killed. Stay away from this model Honda which is usually reliable.
I also had issues with their service department.
I was treated very well by Frank Nash who let me know what I needed exactly at a great price. Tiguan runs great!

I fall in love with this car every time I drive it! It rides smooth and quiet. It had 80,000 miles when I bought it. It's the best handling car in rain I've ever owner! It goes well in snow. It has plenty of pep! It does not use or leak any oil at 3,000 mile changes. The engine cooling system is great! It gets a combined approximate 30 mpg. It has never failed on me since I bought it in April 2017! It has great brakes! I can't say enough good things about it! I LOVE the car!!!!!!!
Great overall experience. Quick response to initial inquiry and very responsive throughout the process. Sales consultant Justin Anderson was very professional, informative, knowledgeable, and accommodating. It was a very pleasant car buying experience.
Highly recommend this place.

One of the last Pininfarina designed GT cars on the market! GrandTurismo is the best looking, sounding and fun to drive "exotic" and dare I say reliable Italian GT cars on the market today!! Much better looking than the Ferrari California with virtually the same motor, but much better sounding and more usable with room for two adults in the back! Easy to maintain! I'm only writing this review because I find myself browsing for another one of these since my wife constantly drives mine, and truth be told I actually prefer to follow her im My Ferrari just to listen to the sounds this car makes!!! Yeah there are "Faster" cars out there, but the GrandTurismo is a GT car not a "Race Car". It's not a GTR or VETTE it's Fast Enough to get you into trouble but not Stupid Fast !

Constantly at dealer. Flatbed twice. 35000 miles for latest issue . Sensor(s) went between gas tanks and cut off engine at 55 mph on highway. Filled up tanks night before but only took 8 gallons. Read 6 miles to empty. No one told me car has two tanks and must be kept even. Dealer said to ignore dash. Car at dealer for a week.
Replaced wipers 4 x. Horrible shaking when on. Went to Advanced auto parts. Bought better quality wipers. Great customer service, great wipers.
Flatbed again. Battery dead at 35k. Cell in battery went. My insurance went up $20 a month!!! due to calling roadside service. Not my fault.
Oil changed every 5k miles as told. Tires worn to nothing left . Michelin - never have them again. 35k and tires are shot. Trim falling off roof. Dealer wants me to pay $178 for one side alone,!
I am so unhappy with this Taurus. More like a walrus. Bought this car at 5k miles. Colonial Ford, Danbury CT nice staff.
It was a pleasant car- buying experience yesterday with Sean Rudy and Greg Cantu helping me get my Dream Car . I will recommend this dealership to anyone!
