Great Experience Purchasing Hybrid X5
We were on the hunt for a hybrid X5 with the head's up display which was deceptively difficult to find. We live in Brooklyn and called around and finally connected with Vince who informed us he had a hybrid in the queue and helped us build out the car to the exact specifications we wanted. The actual purchasing process was incredibly smooth thanks to Kursad and Noha. After a not so great experience with a dealership in Westchester, it was a huge relief to have such a pleasant and friendly experience with this team. Wonderful Experience ordering my Dream car
When we walked into Thompson BMW I wanted to look at the BMWX2 . We were told it was not Yet available. We were introduced to our sales person Denise Rossi. Little did we know we just hit the jackpot. Denise Was knowledgeable and pleasant to work with. She made the experience purchasing a new car a wonderful experience. From start to finish Denise helped me order my dream car. Every detail of the car we purchased came in perfect. We selected the New redesigned BMWX1 , I could not be happier.
