I had this car for 5 years. It was a pleasant experience. Pros: - Looks - even after 10 years it turns heads. It has an opportunity to become modern classic - Reliability - there have been a couple of glitches here and there but overall pleasantly surprised that the car held up so well. Mechanically the car is very strong - seats - the best seats in class. Overall room comfort is good even for 2 adults / 2 kids - storage - surprisingly huge amount of storage due to absence of spare Cons - Exhaust - horrible sound and really is the worst part about the car. You can’t hear it at all. For a car like that it’s mind blowing and makes driving weird. You need to swap it out when you buy it - audio - lame speakers, sound is very bad - a/c - weak in the summer, too hot in winter at the back and cannot regulate it - winter driving - can’t drive fast in snow with stock run flats. Overall the car is a mechanical marvel. No matter how you gun it you cannot reach performance ceiling. But it’s also good as a daily driver.

This BMW is the most luxurious car for a full sized SUV. BMW has really beaten the competition with the X7. The car drives so smooth but you don’t feel like it’s a very large suv. My wife was extremely impressed with how easy it was to drive! The whole car is so well made and I’ve loved having it. The infotainment system is beyond any car in its class. Great job BMW!

There is no other car for me, this is my fourth. I just feel safe inside my car. I cannot drive another make at this point. However, they have become too expensive to purchase.

My situation must have been the most difficult situation ever at a Carmax, even though it was tough and the Managers and Myself got frustrated at times Ed, Dave, Eric, and Chris (Carmax Charleston Managers) never gave up on me and worked hard to make this thing happen. I came to them looking for my dream car, the Mitsubishi Lancer RalliArt or Evolution on a limited budget. They found the vehicle and brought it in, I bought the vehicle and there were a few problems with it, the guys took the car back no questions asked and found another one, even though there were some other issues that occured the Management staff at Carmax stuck by me and helped me make it happen. Anyone new to the car buying process should go see the team at Carmax, Charleston, as they will guide you through the process and explain it to you the whole way through! BMW E46 M3.. while many cars can out perform the older M3, this is my favorite, for classic, gorgeous BMW coupe looks, the last of the non-tubo 6 cylinder, and elegant interior with more than enough technology underlying the simple cockpit and controls and yet outstanding performance when you want, and docile enough to enjoy around town. Really, just an all around sweet package!

Justin is very knowledgeable about the different models and trim levels, truly listened to what I was trying to achieve and made the leasing process quick and easy! Strongly recommend him!

We ended up purchasing a used X5 from Century BMW. The vehicle is in excellent condition. Except for the efforts of Will Price this would have not happened. The very first communication was that the vehicle was in the shop getting the rear brakes and tires replaced. The tires were in no means unsafe or worn out. We did have a PPI performed that the only major problem was an alignment was needed. On the way back from the PPI we noticed an annoying noise coming from the dashboard. We had that checked out and it was something at best intermittent, haven’t heard anything since. Towards the end of finalizing the deal we were told from the used car manager that is was take it or leave it. They refused to honor their word (via email) of replacing the tires. We had the feeling from the used car manager that if you don’t want it just leave. Not spoken, just reading between the lines. Would we buy another car from Century BMW? Maybe.

I have this car for 26,000 miles now. This is the best X5 that I have ever owned. The new engine is great on the xdrive 40i. No need for the M60. 0-60 in 3.9 seconds. Handling is great. Tires and much better than on the previous generation. The ride is tight and comfortable. They did an awesome job. Hopefully, this car will last as long as my previous 2010 X5.

The 2024 BMW X1 is nimble and responsive. It has an excellent memory for self-driving the car to back out of tight parking spots along the path the driver used to get into it. The car feels spacious inside and is easy to get into. My observed hwy mileage is 36mpg @ 75mph and 22mpg in suburban driving. It’s defects are: 1) the driver must learn how to start from a stop to avoid a sluggish pick-up or a sudden forward jerk; 2) the owner’s manual does not include directions for setting up the electronics, so the owner must resort to a complex cryptic in-car system that is difficult to sort through; 3) the built-in navigation system's is hard to use; the owner will resort to Waze or Car Play; 4) the car is bumpy on rough surfaces, and vibrates like a massage unit on washboard.

I found the sale staff to be extremely professional while maintaining a pleasant and friendly process. I would highly recommend any customer to sit with Justin Peeler and hear his background and passion for the auto industry. He knows more about the mechanical aspect and each phase of the sales process, than anyone I've used so far. Miss Libby was obviously a fantastic mentor over the years to Justin.

Liked the outside design, I got the M package, red calipers etc... Not use to having a gear level, miss my analog gauges In previous 5 . Top of dash grill has a cheap feel, plastic.

This car is an absolute beast! Not only is it a reliable luxury car but when you need that power it can pretty much take on anyone on the road without much effort thanks to the 523 HP and 553 lbs of torque! It rides like you are on air in comfort mode but as soon as you press that Sport Plus button it’s Mr Hyde! Wow what a machine. Love this car.
