Shopping for a new vehicle ranks right up at the top of my list of things I dread doing. So when we decided to replace my 11 year old car, we took the time to do research and read reviews of the newer models. Being very tall and having several vehicle requirements, we narrowed the search. Five dealerships later, those did not pan out! Out of frustration, we decided to just go to the auto mall at Southpoint. As we wandered the lots, a salesman, Tarik Adas approached us from the Hendricks Buick/GMC dealership. Such a delightful and well informed salesman! No high pressure sale; he just listened to what we were looking for. He made several suggestions to try out for size and then showed us a vehicle that checked all the boxes and then some! Dealing with Abdul Aldanab in the Finance Department was very easy and he was able to offer us some options and extras that will help protect our new vehicle for years to come. We certainly did not go with the intention of purchasing a Buick, but we are loving the new ride! And like the commercial says . . . “It’s not your grandpa’s Buick!

just took delivery of a new Enclave Aviner model. Quite comfortable ride with plenty of power. Nice new features and upgraded leather interior. Nice chrome trim and sleek exterior looks. Very pleased with the changes for 2022. At last you can turn off the start/stop feature.

This is a follow up on my previous notation from thos morning. I spoke with the service manager. Fortunately he was just brief by my service rep. He told me to give him a couple of hours to get back to me. He called me an hour and half. Very polite and understanding. He took the time to break it all down with me. It was unfortunate for me GM used plastic fuel lines instead of rubber. Completely dried out lines are cracking and brittle from the fuel pump to both tanks. All lines need to be replace. I could of just told them to put it back together. But it would have been an unsafe vehicle. I guess thats what happens when you fall in love with a 2008 LS3...Good people at lunghamner chey.. It was a very clean and organized environment! Salesman gave me a tour of the building! All staff was very nice and friendly!

The exterior is sporty. The placement of the vehicle's features are well placed. All three rows give even tall people room, such that they do not feel confined. With four adults and a toddler, we were able to have enough space to carry all planned luggage and snacks for a 2400 mile round trip journey. With all this space, I can still get this vehicle inside the garage.

Super fast service on my brakes! very satisfied! I took my car in on 1-15-25, and they completely replaced my rotors, the pads, and flushed the brake lines. I appreciated getting my car back on the road within a day!

Price of replacing headlight bulb on the Chevrolet Equinox is ridiculous. Service department is always friendly and had previously explained how much it would cost.

I was in need of routine maintenance including new tires in between business trips. The service staff was able to arrange a plan suitable for both their and my needs which resulted with successful completion of the work required.
