Great experience purchasing a new Buick Encore GX from a great team. Hugh Middleton was great to work with and he was patient as he explained the process and the numbers and he and his management were great at crafting a deal that was extremely reasonable and the process was smooth and efficient and I was in and out of the dealership in what for me was record time. Got the Sierra 1500 AT4 because I wanted something with power—and this thing is a beast. The exhaust note never gets old. What impressed me was the five-day trade-in price lock. I needed time to talk with my brother, and they honored it. Even threw in a factory bedliner.
