I was traveling across country from the East Coast to the West. I had severe brake issues on my 2016 Expedition. With all my gear, my son and my service dog I approached the service manager with my problem. He was extremely professional and offered to take a look, but could not promise work, as they were already booked for the day. After taking a look, they found the issue was a recall concern and covered all the repair on their dime. Best of all, they did the work that day and had me back on my way in 5 hours, thus saving me hotel bills and added stress. Throughout the repair, I was informed of progress and treated like a VIP. In addition, their spaces were organized and extremely clean of debris and clutter. I have never had such service in any dealership in all the 45 years I’ve been driving. I purchased a used 2024 Seltos. Our sales guy Tim was super friendly & Funny. But before we sign the paperwork I asked our sales person Tim how many keys for the car. He told me 2 keys. This was on Saturday, so there was no bank open. By the time we finished & decide that we were gonna buy the vehicle. So we had to go back on monday with the check. I asked him about the key and he's working on it. I called him when I got the title. Ask him again where the second key was and again. He told me he's working on it. So if I finally I decided to purchase a key at Kia $295.00 Plus Two program at is $75.00. I'm not posting this to be mean. I'm just posting for people to have their heads up when they promise something and they don't follow through at the dealership. I'm very happy with my car.

I had a great experience, saw the truck on Saturday night, drove from PA to Ohio on Monday to get it. Steve (Coach) already had the tank filled and cleaned before I arrived. I looked at the Same truck in PA, they couldn’t come close to the price Medina had!! I would definitely go back to Medina for another vehicle.
