Our Mercedes Era motorhome sustained serious damage while passing through Houston on I -10. It was no longer driveable and we were still 4 hours away from our home in San Antonio. Unfamiliar with Houston body shops, I relied upon the advise of a Foremost Insuance claims manager and he said, “DeMontrond RV Collision service is the only shop we could recommend.” On their advice, I contacted Jeff Sayers and I’m so pleased with their thorough evaluation and outstanding repair work. They located all damaged parts and relied upon Mercedes for any mechanical needed on the MB diesel engine. They finished repairs on the date promised and did professional work on body restoration. They communicated with me on a regular basis. Their friendly and knowledgeable staff documented all damage with photos and detailed explanations. This “0ld Claimsman” was impressed.
