Justin Hood, the Finance Manager, was patient and thorough when explaining terms and warranties. For a small delivery fee of $100, they delivered my vehicle to my door and let me test drive it before signing any paperwork. I had been dealing with several high pressure sales people from other dealers and was fed up. It was so nice to deal with Curtis, who listened to me and didn't try to pressure me. I hate singing the service for an intermittent issue likely caused by a computer chip, on board computer or software but it a serious issue when the Adaptive Cruise control just locks the brakes up at cruising speeds over 55 MPH. I am hopeful they will eventually figure out the issue. This time I requested they just deactivate Adaptive Cruise as I?m worried about serious injury. The last time the brakes locked up out of the blue, I almost lost control of the vehicle and it slide sideways almost flipping at 70 MPH.

All staff are kind and professional. The facility is clean and welcoming. I love the shuttle they offer to take you to and from your home.

I received an add on Facebook for Hiley GMC Buick of Ft Worth. I had been looking locally in Lubbock Texas. While looking at their on-line inventory, I noted that several models had fantastic discounts and rebates. I couldn't get anywhere near these advertised prices in Lubbock and the saving was more than enough to warrant a trip to look in person.
